    Furniture dollies?

Absolutely. I had 15+ HF dollies (all bought when on sale) for just about all of my implements aside from FELs and plows. Slick as a whistle on concrete floor.

    DPF Decal is confusing

Not sure about your model but some decals are simply incorrect. Check with parts depart to see if revised decals have been issued. FWIW, some Operator's Manuals are also incorrect.

    F3680 Wheel Spin

Would expect slippage of inside wheel when in FWD and/or diff lock engaged. Would not expect such slippage when neither engaged and on level ground.

    Insurance (State Farm)

Prior to recently selling, I had everything insured with State farm. No issues if you have a farm policy rather than a residence policy. If you have a residence policy, you may need a blanket rider. Do not expect any help from dealer as there is nothing in it for them.

    Used Kubota

Interesting site but sophomoric and of questionable valve. Listing "faulty spark plugs" and/or "dull blades" as a reason to avoid any model of diesel tractor is laughable.

    Advice on the 2024 LX4020 w/MMM needed

I never mow with FELs attached and for multiple reasons. Simply cannot imagine trying to mow with enormously long consist, comprising tractor, FEL, and three-point mounted mower, unless mowing solid, dry, wide-open area.

    Advice on the 2024 LX4020 w/MMM needed

Very sorry to hear of your wife's illness and wish both of you my very best. That said, there is no possible way that your dealer could know "for a fact" that you would be unhappy with the 72" mower. Such assertion is absolutely absurd. More than likely he has the 60" mower on hand or knows...

    Advice on the 2024 LX4020 w/MMM needed

Limiting my response to questions that you have asked rather than questions that you have not asked, only two MMMs are offered for the LX series, a 60" and a 72". Both are excellent, terrain following decks with very good grass clearance. Of course, the 72" deck is more likely to scalp in...

Grease fitting marred and bottomed out, wouldn't take grease

Workmanship. A few years ago I bought a new grapple. Part of the deal was that the dealer would deliver it about 30 miles to my place. Upon delivery, I glanced to see if all zerks had been lubed and noticed two colors of grease around all. Great. Looks like all greased both at factory and...

    DPF Regeneration

Is it calling for a forced parked regen?

    Seat belt locked up.

Debris inside can cause them to "lock." Sometimes, repetitive pulls/releases will free them temporarily.

Kubota refuses to honor my 5 Year Emissions Warranty on my B3350

Don't believe so. If my information is correct, SM and chief tech left prior to denial of claim.

Kubota refuses to honor my 5 Year Emissions Warranty on my B3350

No. Dealer has not changed hands but service manager, techs, etc., have left. Tractor was taken to dealer by OP after her father passed away. Still, legal remedy is not realistic in this case.

New Member: Knowledge needed on M6040, 7040 (or others)

Agreed. I misread the OPs post, believing he was speaking of M6060 and M7060.

Both models are well regarded but neither are pre-emission.

    rotary cutter question, please

The residue on top of the gearbox is water oil emulsion. The water is from condensation (in your case, rain) and the oil is manufacturing residue, spillage from filling, and/or breathing from the vented cap. Nothing to worry about. Of course, the inside of the gearbox is similar and, perhaps...

HST vs. gear drive for various types of work.

Indeed, they do. No metal belts, tapered pulleys, cones, balls, etc. Some (most?) such CVTs used in high HP AG tractors and other applications, use harmonic drives driven by small, variable speed hydraulic motors to provide variable speed. Yes, High HP AG CVTs are completely different from the...

Kubota refuses to honor my 5 Year Emissions Warranty on my B3350

The reformer based 1.5 L engine as used in the B3350 was also used in TOL F series mowers and (I believe) TOL ZTRs as well as multiple industrial applications. If my information is correct the OP did not inhibit any regeneration operations, though such is possible and I routinely did so with my...

Kubota refuses to honor my 5 Year Emissions Warranty on my B3350

Agreed, but won't help here as dealer refuses to return old DPF to owner for unknown reason(s).
