Be advised that both standard and optional sized R-4 tires are available for the B2650/3350. MMMs are compatible with the standard size R-4 tires but not the optional size R-4. SDT

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It depends upon what you plan to mow, how close you plan to mow it, and how fast you plan to travel while mowing it. SDT

Recommended PTO speed is 540 RPM. Most folks mow at corresponding engine speed. I usually mow 20-30 PTO RPM less without EPTO and about 50-60 PTO RPM higher with EPTO engaged. SDT

PTO HP operates your mower. Drawbar HP moves your tractor. You do not get both at the same time. Drawbar HP is significantly lower for a hydrostat tractor than a gear driven model, all else being equal. SDT

Hydrostat transmissions are wonderful to drive but much less efficient than gear type transmissions. Moreover, flail mowers suck HP. Sounds like you're asking too much. Yes, hydrostatic transmissions use considerably more fuel than do gear type transmissions doing the same work. SDT

I agree. Spacing the wheels magnifies forces applied to the transaxle assembly and axles. I'm confident that Kubota restricts spacer usage for this reason. You will assume the risk for related damage if you use such. SDT

That's a good price. I paid about the same for a ROPS model with all of the bells and whistles but without snow blower or mower in 2016. Cannot use cab tractors where I use this one. SDT

The potentially most expensive repairs that might be needed to a used CUT or SCUT with hydrostatic transmission is the transmission. Hydrostatic transmissions are not tolerant of improper or dirty oil, and repairs can be cost prohibitive. Look carefully at the oil and maintenance records. Also...
