I use safety wire to hold hitch and lynch pins closed. I make lanyards using safety wire for my pins as well. My top link and adjustable link are both wired up to keep them set. Tie wraps work for keeping the pins closed if safety wiring is too cumbersome. I use .025” and .032” wire.

I ended up getting the compact version rated up to 70 hp. Once the weather clears up I’ll post my instal on a LX2610. My (a) measurement is 3 3/4 total.

No engine crank safety switches are PTO still engaged or clutch pedal switch engaged (Same as HST pedal not in neutral). Have you tried tapping on the start relay while someone you else tries to start it? Seat switch doesn’t prevent the engine from cranking, it will prevent it from running.

I’d check the circuit out at the OPC controller. If the circuit checks out good then replace the OPC controller. A bad controller will act exactly like a bad safety switch.

The 1 1/8 is the internal diameter with 12 (pitch) threads per inch. (1 1/8-12). The 1 11/16 is the outer flats on the nut and are measured directly opposite from each other. See if you can rent the tools and if available use 3/4 or 1 inch drive.

I’ll take a SWAG…It sounds like a fuel icing issue. I’d make sure that additive addresses icing which occurs above the gelling point. If you’re still using #2 diesel I’d find some #1 diesel and add it to the tank.

I’m guessing that this is a non-cab model. My B2650 cab had a suspension adjustment knob that would increase or decrease the severity of spinal torture going over ruts.
