    Finally! ROPS

You have to order from your dealer and it is shipped freight to them. It's a long process and only available for tractors that has never had a set (pre 1985). It will cost you around $200 + $100 shipping roughly. Installation is not included but I was able to install it myself in an hour. My...

    Finally! ROPS

I actually went looking for it after I almost tipped the tractor this summer. It was my loader that found a vine. I stuck my loader just into the woods line and dumped a load of brush. When I raised the FEL and went to back out I didn't realize I hooked a vine with the bucket arm. I managed...

    Finally! ROPS

Yes it was. Haven't put it on yet, started getting dark, but it's in the to do list.

    Finally! ROPS

Well it took my local dealer what seemed like a year and a day but they finally came through and my ROPS have arrived. Ordered through the Kubota Safety Program, they only ran me about $300. Only one bolt wouldn't cooperate but I coerced it into place.

    Thermal Syphon heater

So after my last post about heating my B7200 in which an inline coolant heater was suggested, I've come to the conclusion that my lower radiator hose is no where long enough to install one. So on to the next option. How many people have used the thermalsyphon heaters and with how much success?

    D950 heater?

I've read that on these forums that the best solution to early kubota cold weather issues is the magnetic oil pan heater however after searching on Amazon for a solution an item came up, a water jacket heater, that claims to fir the D950 engine. Had anyone bought one? Knows if it fits or not...

    Rear end leaking?

This is how my day went. So while working on my front wheel bearings I took a small shortcut. Rather than dragging the floor jack over I used the FEL to lift the front end off the ground, through the jack stands under the uprights, and lowered the tractor onto them. This resulted in the...

    B7200 Hydraulics Questions

Mine did the same thing. Check the hydraulic fluid screen, it's a plug on the right side of the trans, follow the suction hydraulic line. Check your hydraulic fluid too, mine was 50% water. My hydraulic performance increased after a new screen and the fluid changes but I still have to take...

    Knuckle shaft bearing? B7200D

Had bad wheel bearings on my front left wheel so I pulled them out and replaced them today. While the front end was off the ground I noticed a lot of vertical play where the knuckle meets the main axle case. I've looked through the parts catalogs and my question before I dive into is, Is there...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Removed and cleaned/degreased my steering gear box. Poured loose ball bearings out of the case but the case is in good shape. The steering shaft had broken and been welded together at some point by the previous owner so I ground that back to round as they just left the welds after it cooled...

    MX5000 completely dead...need help

I had a friend that had a similar problem. Almost exactly the same but he had lights, turn the key and absolutely nothing. After talking to a few people here landed in an ignition switch which it was not. He finally towed it to a dealer and they found a corroded battery cable, not connection...

She's been used, abused, and put away wet. Lay down your favorite degreaser so I can tell what I'm looking at on my dirty girl.
