No - just breaded/fried cutlets whether chicken or veal is only difference.
Top cutlets with sauce and cheese of choice and bake off. Some use shrimp or fish.
Serve over pasta just like you have.

Put up a 40# case of boneless skinless chicken breasts. $83.00 from Amish Grocery. This is the second half.

Came across this a while back.
Coworker/classmate/friend of mine and I used these in the first restaurant I worked at. We were dishwashers/prep cooks.
Over 40 years old. Really, really sharp.
Brought back memories as he passed away over 20 years ago….
Typical teenage boys, we competed with physical stuff and sparred a lot in the kitchen.
His first martial arts instructor was a waiter at the restaurant.
He had a tough upbringing but went on to do some great stuff. Taken too soon.

I don’t bake sweet stuff much, except cheesecakes for special occasions upon request.
The Mrs. has a birthday tomorrow and has requested pumpkin cheesecake.

Will be barbecue shrimp from the grill, along with salt potatoes (a Syracuse/central New York thing) and sweet corn.
Barbecue sauce is chili sauce, Worcestershire, lemon juice, seasoned salt, lots of garlic, Tabasco, oregano, crushed red peppers, oil and whatever else I feel like tossing in….
We never recall having sweet corn on her birthday before.
