hmm decrease diesel by 20% and get 125% ??, so a 25% INCREASE in volume......

New York State enacted a gas tax holiday 6/1 through 12/31 with their state budget.

Guessing it will knock $2 off my $45/week for the truck.

Not sure what I'll do with the windfall....my electric bill is up $25/week.

Wow, I filled my Dodge (diesel) yesterday for $4.73 in Olathe, Ks.

I have a friend that buys 11000 gallons of diesel at a time and he was quoted $6.10 per gallon on Friday morning. That is for on road fuel.
I think we are in big trouble.

I have a renter moving out today leaving me with a dry heating oil tank, it will cost $1575 to fill it consuming all of the $1000 deposit leaving me with the rest to pay. The thousands in damage will be additional. Never again! The garage will become a tractor shed and the house will be for my hobbies. There are many people that don't deserve a place to live.

here in Ohio Diesel is 4.90 a gallon. Bought yesterday.

Yes... that really sucks. People think your rich if your a landlord. Have had "friends" years ago asking me to help them move. Leaving trash with the old Screw the land lord let him clean it up. I left them with out the use of my truck. Not right. World only gets worse to.

We are kinda sidetracking the fuel price thread, I'll just add this; the garbage truck just left with 131 bags, boxes and large items, many still usable and furniture not yet paid for, probably well over a thousand dollars of value trashed.

They had me arrested when I tried to stop the U-Haul from driving over the front lawn, although the lease states that vehicles must stay on the pavement. I'll be in court in about 30 days to fight the harassment charge.

To get it back on track, fuel costs and inflation will reduce the maintenance and repairs of this property, and they wonder why communities turn into slums.
