Hopefully these will turn out well. I used stake bed pockets that measured 3x1.5 inches and used flat stock to mount across the top of the stake bed pockets to the ROPS. I painted the pockets and top brackets the ROPS grey. The LED light bars are 12inch 72watts. The lights are IP68 rated so they're good to go for weather up this way.

I used a wiring harness that has a remote key fob to turn on the lights. Just need to run the wires and make them look nice and tidy before getting into anymore working with it.

When I was checking out how to power it from the rear, there was only two wires instead of three....one black ground, and one red with black stripe. I guess the newer BX's have the 3rd wire.

All and all, I think it turned out pretty good as far as a solid mount setup and the wiring was pretty simple.

I looked at stake pockets, too. Maybe try them for a different mounting location, but this one works, except it should have been on the left side.

I'm left handed, and tend to look over my right should when backing up. The location I used tends to be in my eyes when going in reverse.

I put mine up high just so the light will be over my head and won't have to worry about my big noggin getting in the way.....and mounted the rear facing light lower to keep enough light shining down towards the back of the tractor.

Well, decided to try a high mount. Nothing fancy; just angle brackets.

Looks good so far!!! I managed to destroy my damn amber rotator light....I snapped the damn thing right off. The magnetic mount held fast...the rest of it ended up under my mower deck....while it was on....no more safety light....UGH

I found amber light bar covers that are 6 inches in length. Ordered 4 of them and they snap into place over the light bars....they sort of overlap in the middle. There's the on/off button and the second button is a flash mode with 5 different flash patterns. Hopefully I can get a video posted here of how it looks.

So if I am not using the light bars for illumination I can snap the covers over them and use them as safety lights.

Still PO'd about breaking my rotator light.

Watch your head. I would probably bust my head on the bottom of the brackets. Well probably long before that, I'd lose them from a tree.

I like the height. You won't be getting blinded by them as I can with mine.

Just realized I never put up pictures of my ROPS lights. I installed a canopy and updated my lights after installing it. Here are the pictures...

So that's what the big glow in the sky was to the south of me. They look great.

Mike and OC455 - I've run the tractor several times since posting the pictures at #44 and 45.

Your BX2350's have the same ROPS as my BX2360?

Thus far - no hitting my head. I'm 6'4" and 240 or so, if that helps.

At first, kinda pissed the brackets bent in when tightening, but think that may help ease sharp edges. I also rounded the corners on a grinder some.

The lowest part of the bracket could be cut off, but wanted to keep the extra holes for other lights, if needed!

Haven't used at night yet. We'll see, so to speak!:p

Temporary mounts using trailer stake pockets and flat stock. The stake pockets have small rib that needs to be ground down to allow the light to mount squarely.

Just finished today dressing up my BX, wanted to get them on before the snow flies. The lower lights (just below the ROPS pivot point) on the front are aimed out where the blower will throw snow, and the rear are pointed at the 3 point. I put it away before the dark, but it sure lit up the shed.

Got mine wired and got to try them out tonight. A 22" spot/flood combo up front. In the rear, I have 2 flood/spot cubes.
