While the ribs were doing their thing I was skewing and grilling shrimp. Some bacon wrapped and some nekkid.

Very nice! Love shrimp on the grill....
Drizzle a little seasoned olive oil (garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, etc.) on those shrimp while grilling, or even a mix of seasoned Olive oil and your favorite hot sauce......maybe a little worchestershire sauce and ketchup (yes, ketchup) mixed in....mmm...

I did fried shrimp and scallops along with seasoned potatoes and Cole slaw.

The shrimp were 21-25’s, so I didn’t butterfly them. Honestly, I’m getting too lazy to monkey around with shrimp for prep.

Love them, but I’ve prepped tons of them....

Our anniversary dinner tonight. Store had hardly any king crab so I got what they had for my wife and I got the snow crab. But then my 3 year old got into them and ate two clusters.

Saturday night was Prime NY Strips with fresh dug taters. MMMM

And then Sunday lunch was grilled chicken breast with fresh picked squash and more fresh dug taters.

Monday night she had fixed beef tips over rice with crowder peas, pickled beets and cornbread.

we had a fresh caught (12 lbs.) Spring Salmon today- with potatoes and a salad
first salmon of the year- the other guy caught a Steelhead but released it

Pancakes last night with some of my last New Hampshire syrup...

which was given to me by a good friend in Campton, NH.

Pulled pork this weekend. Started it last night at 6 pm. 16lbs worth of Boston Butt's.

Pulled them off the smoker at midnight. Tinfoiled and placed in the oven at 250 so I could get some sleep.

Meets currently resting on the stove and will make a good lunch.

Gonna give some to the neighbors, keep some for meals today and tomorrow. And bag and freeze the rest for quick meals.
