This morning, before church, continued cleaning as much gravel as possible away from the stump.

The WG24 took care of the stump. First day doing much with it. A little work with the loader and a rake got the road fixed. Suspect I’ll revisit a final grade after it settles in over the next couple months. Hauled off all the chips from the stump, two and a half bucket loads of them, and backfilled the hole with granite fines and gravel. Topped it with 3/4”.

Took out about 10 additional stumps around the yards and in trails near the houses. This was one of the larger ones, a white oak about 28”.

Don’t know exactly how long it took to grind. Didn’t seem very long. Took a couple hours to do about 10, including backfilling and cleanup as needed, but some were only about 10”. Stump grinder was definitely a good addition to the equipment stable.
Glad to see that its working well for you. I can't recommend the WG24 enough if you're "blessed" with lots of ugly stumps.

Gave my new L3901 a bath after couple of months of hard work building a fire wood shed, a few roads and taking down about 12 Tamarac trees and prepping a site for a new shop.

After moving a solar array 1/4 mile without breaking anything, the last 1/4 mile to my shop was in the first blinding blizzard of the year. Literally blinding, a couple minutes after I was in the tractor shed, it was over.

Glad to hear you made it without rolling the whole rig sideways.

Mowed the area between our driveway and my naked neighbor's, loaded with wing stem. He came out later and asked me if I'd mow some of his up among some trees as he could not get his 4 series JD in there. I did it. He offered me a beer, but I had to turn that down because I have severe celiac disease, and been is gluten.

Oil and filter change, greased the loader, installed the rear scraper blade and ready for snow!
oh crap - someone else with the same idea as I had :(
It must be true Winter is Coming and with it the White Walkers snow.

It's been raining for the last couple of days and will be for a few more. I can't get the tractor in the backyard to pick up the blower. Guess today will be just greasing.

Did another round of leaves and grass pickup for us and the neighbors. Sure is nice having a small dump trailer! Then the Mrs. put a new SMV sign she made on the ballast box as I had painted the box a month ago and peeled the old one off.

Sure wish this weather here in MI would continue.

Is your dump hydraulic off of the tractor remotes or battery electric over hydraulic? The reason I'm asking; I have a dump too but it's battery electric over hydraulic and I have to stop and recharge after 2 maybe 3 dumps.

Why is your neighbor naked?

Ordered a replacement head light for the LX3310 and gave my chainbox a from Boltonhooks.com a test fit on the QH. I'll get it mounted this weekend.

Transplanted a couple azalea bushes with the stump bucket today. Already hauled several loads of leaves to the back in the past couple months. I'll be hauling leaves until February. Sure could use a nice looking dump trailer. Hard to justify the cost though. Don't have enough property, and ain't interested in hauling stuff for other folks.

Thanks Bud!
The dimensions are 12 ft. x 13 ft. H 8'-6" slopping back to the rear at 6'-6"
I used milled timber 6"x7" and some 8"x8" timber. Couldn't
have done it without Orange!
The bottle opener is on the inside.🍻

Sounds like your battery is on the way out.
My 3yr old Loadtrail has done 11 loads in one day without needing recharging.

Or the battery isn't properly sized for the demand that is put on it. Get the highest CCA battery that you can find, and if you can find a AGM battery that is better than any lead acid battery.

Hmmm, I'll have to look and see when I last replaced the battery. Thanks for the advice on a replacement type.
