Took off the backhoe, installed the 3-point and plowed the garden with the middle buster. First time using the MB and I gotta say, once you get it adjusted correctly, that thing digs!
@Sharryn, What middle buster do you have and how deep were you able to get it to dig down?

I've been fabricating some more 3 pole mounts for a 10 KW PV array, and the forks on the L3301 have been as usual super handy. Picking 6" sch. 40 pipe, 21' lengths, and bundles of 2" angle iron, off the trailer and setting them down with one end in the shop is so easy....... compared to the "old days."
Then I dropped the forks (but left the QA attachment the forks hook onto) and used the built in receiver and my flat bed's trailer hitch to do some close manuvering with my 20' trailer. SO much easier, and safer, then using the truck while backing. The truck does not have a hydro tranny, and with the tracotr I don't have to look behind me. I can creep, in full control, as opposed to slipping the clutch (the Dodge has a manual tranny). Using the tractor one time for positioning a trailer in tight conditions has spoiled me!

My 3pt trailer hitch with 1 7/8" and 2" balls, and a clevis arrived last week. Nice and handy for moving trailers around. Also gave my wife some driving lessons on the L234DT.

Had my first pucker moment on Sunday moving a stump over the stone wall with my forks - I came in at an angle on a slight incline and lifted the right rear tire a few inches before I set the stump back down.

Cut all the roads, powerline and food plots on my property in the country yesterday. Today I relocated 28 yards of clay gravel to another location.

I drug my 1966 Lincoln SA200 welder out to do a small job then cleaned the winter dust off before I put her away again

Cleaned up the back yard. Had a dozen tree stumps ground out so I had piles of wood chips. There was also a pile of rocks, bricks from an old patio I’d torn out and some pieces of a concrete slab that I found buried next to the shed. The biggest piece put up a fight all the way to the dumpster. I calculated it to be about 1200 lbs. Even with the hoe extended and 100 lbs of wheel weights, the right rear tire didn’t want to stay down. Is this considered tractor abuse? Haha

Put my BH77 on my L3901DT tonight and dug a dead Dogwood out of the front yard.

I'm glad that I saw all the post here showing off people's backhoe dollies. Man does that make it a lot easier to connect the BH to the tractor!

Finished up 210 feet of drain line. My father in law confiscated my mx5800. I only got to play for 15 minutes then I became ditch monkey.

Put the 2 bottom plow on and turned over the garden. Weeds were already growing.

Got down a 300 gallon fuel tank I store (empty) from the shop ceiling. My older shorter tractor couldn't reach it and I'd have to use the shop chain fall trolly, the L3301 has a lot more reach making it easy peasy.

Then I used the QA frame with the receiver hitch in it to move a very large solar array I welded up for a customer. I make these, over 40 of them now, in my shop and then deliver and set them with my 30 ton boom truck on site, quick and easy with all the work being done offsite at home. The dump bed trailer was full of dirt plus the 1400 lbs or so of the rack, and was only being used to free up the shop space, not for going down the road! The hydro tranny plus the non-backing-up-a pickup thing makes this so easy it's fun. The tractor was also used as usual for moving the steel (6" pipe and 2" angle iron) off the truck and into the shop, the tractor makes life easy compared to how I used to do it.

Started taking apart my backhoe to clean all of the dirt, grime and grease out of the pivot pin areas. I managed to get the stabilizer bars done this weekend. I hope to get the rest done this week and start on the FEL.

Does anyone else do this? If so, how often?

Over the weekend I cut up the winter's worth of dead fall branches and moved it to my firewood pile or my burn pile. Already too hot and dry to have a big fire, so I'll have to wait for rain.
