True, at the current cost it may be sometime before see them on tractors if everFor tractors it will depend on how they last/hold up over a long period of time and how much they cost. On tractors that run in mud and small debris I wonder how they perform when filled full of dried dirt.
I think the beet juice will leak.
They make tweels for tractors or are you pulling our leg? I'm not very knowledgeable on the subject, but have only seen them on zero turn mowers.Well the day has come!! A B2601 will be getting tweels at my local dealer. Will try and get a picture once its setup and ready to go
And the purpose of tweels are?????
I am right there with you, had no idea tweels for a tractor were a thing or would ever be a thing but here's some pictures. Will get some after they are mounted on a tractor. They are heavier than a normal wheel and tire but probably still need a ballast box to do any real FEL work. Curious how they will hold up in such an application. The statement I put in bold is caused by operator not knowing his equipment!Zero turns tear up the grass something fierce, they cut the grass at work this morning and there are marks all over. They grind the grass right off and you are left with dirt on the grass and bare patches all over.Looks like garbage.
x2 what D2 saidThe statement I put in bold is caused by operator not knowing his equipment!
I had no idea what a Tweel was. Now do after reading this thread.Wonder if we see them on tractors someday, or they have them already?
