    BearCat Chipper Shreader

OK fellas, I have sold the B7001 that I had this grinder on since I finished the landshaping I needed around the house. I have a great chiper shreader that I do not want to see go to waste, so I am offering it up for sale. The HP range on this shreader is 13-47 HP. (The B7001 ran it great). It...

Had Kubota B7800 Stolen--here's the details

Circle of life.... I have a Grey market B7001, somewhere in asia, they have a gray market stolen B7100.... I just found that funny. I feel for the OP though, about 3 years ago someone stole my tractor's trailer. Didn't even realize it was gone until I turned around to set a weed eater on it to...

    Florida'a Favorite Pet

I hate those mobile speed bumps. I also hate alligators... When we lived in FL I hit a small 4' alligator with a 2500 HD cargo van and like to have wrecked. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Heard stories of people getting killed on alligator alley with those things crossing the interstate. KC

    B7100 Radiator Question

The belt tensioner is a pain to get to with the side shields on. When I put in my new radiator on the B7001 a year or so ago, it is a captive slider idler pulley. You have to loosen a nut then adjust a bolt behind the pulley. It is WAY easier to do with the side shields off, but even then it is...

    ASBug's B7001

Not a problem fellas, just reminded me I need to update... I cut down 3 38" red and white oak trees (+ 1 meter diameter), on Saturday. Had to cut the logs into 4-5 ft. chunks to move with the tractor. Graded off an area last summer for a 12X24 ft. portable shed to be brought over from our old...

Hydrolic switch under seat on B7001

Hey all, My B7001 doesn't have the switch under the seat for adjusting the drop speed for the PTO. I am having no problems, but am curious if this is common in that I have read alot of post lately about adjusting this switch on B7100's. Just trying to see if it is worth the effort to source a...

    ASBug's B7001

Been awhile since I posted, just have been enjoying everyone else's tales. I am still in love with my tractor! I got a GB brand FEL used from someone here on the site and that makes the tractor WAY more useful. Also sourced some new shoes for the tires and it is way less kidney jarring w/o the...

    B7100 Seat

I took mine off (1979 B7100, welded some washers where the rubber pads has bent and rusted through, bought a cinch down seat cover / pad from Tractor Supply, and installed it. I then installed the rubber cinch strip along the edge of the tractor and drove it. 2 years ago and it sits outside...

B5100E Oil pressure and charging issues

My B7001 did this once and it was a combination of too much oil in the crank case and high rev's and the tractor mowing on along a steep incline, not enough to roll over, but pretty steep. I have used this tractor allot since then and I have not been able to repeat the problem. I plan on...

    The GB Brand loader for a B7001 / B7100

I really need a back hoe attachment next. I graded off a small area (18' X 25' on a grade) with the rear scrape and the front loader, wow it is sooo nice to have the correct tools for the job. I am going to put up a shed for the B7001 to live in so I can get it out from under the tarp it now...

B5100E Oil pressure and charging issues

I havent measured, but the senders in these tractors look a whole lot like the units that are in an old Aircooled VW (through 1979). they are set to go off at 10 psi. I put an autometer electric oil pressure sender in the VW so as not to have 12 ' of little copper hose to nick and leak...
