    B7100 / B7001 radiator = same?

I think that they are, and I think that the part # is: 15371-72060. The radiator shops around here are wanting crazy money for a core...($350 US to recore.) My core is rotten. I have found a pretty good deal on a new one, but just want to verify the part #. Thanks, KC

    WTB Used Hour meter B7100

OK, my tractor isn't going to be a trailer queen, but I hate the gaping hole in the dash of my B7001. Does anyone have an old, good hour meter. Thanks, KC

    Down and out in TN

I just made a group in the community section for the Chattanooga Area Kubota owners. It seems that there is alot of them around. I think that it would be great to have a resource for discussing local resources and to meet one another. KC

B7100HST - Flushing the Cooling System

I just did this on my B7001 this weekend. It appears that I didn't have a thermostat, so your mileage may vary. I cut one of the old hoses (top) and found that a 3/4" PVC pite to threaded adaptor is a tight fit in the hose. My garden hose will then screw in tight enough to seal in the PVC. I...

    B7001 Radiator... Advice.

I am planning on trying that route, just wanted to see if any one else had a different idea of what to do. I am an air cooled VW guy so I'm not too fond of radiators! LOL KC

    B7001 Radiator... Advice.

Spent the day servicing the 1977 B7001. It has had a leaking radiator since I have had it. I removed the radiator, replaced the hoses, flushed the block, adjusted the belt tension (pain to do with radiator in place..), changed the oil and filter (why all the screens...), then I attacked the...

    overriding clutch

Called one of the non big box tractor stores and they had one that snaps into the lock groove on my PTO, and that holds on the overrider clutch assembly. I am going price shop some more, but they were wanting $109.00 US for it. WOW. KC

    overriding clutch

I have mown with the tractor and when you put the clutch in it will get pushed by the mower. The shaft will not turn in either direction with the PTO enguaged and the motor is off. I am going to be mowing a pretty good hill, and would like to not have it push me. Any one know of a good one to...

    overriding clutch

Vic, I went to get one from my local tractor place and they only had ones that needed a roll pin installed through the OEM PTO. My PTO is short and doesn't have a hole on the end. Do you have a make or model of an external PTO overider that will fit my '77 B7001? Thanks, KC

    tyres full of cracks...

I think I am going to use Black RTV sealant in the cracks and use a bondo putty scraper to smooth out the job. I am like you, too much tread to replace, but HATE the look of the cracks. KC

    When was my tractor made?

Hello, I'm new here and luckally found the forum PRIOR to buying my B7001. I know it is a Grey market tractor, but was curious as to when it was made. I did a search, but I could not find a listing of serial numbers to dates manufactured... The serial is: B7001-30### I am excited...
