Attn. HVAC pros..........Is someone "blowing sunshine up my skirt"?

From your first post with you showing the two fittings, the new fitting is definetily thicker wall as per your picture. Why do you suspect its not correct?

Not to correct NIW as he is right. But most hvac joining of copper is done with silfos. Silver soldering is not usually required. I truley believe certain tasks should be left to the professionals. Hvac is one of them. If you don't have the tools and don't know what your doing then stop.

All hvac fittings and or pipe should be type K. K is a thicker wall copper that is the industry standard for refrigeration. Sure you could use the thinner wall copper and it may not have an issue, until it does. Say your system is using R410a and your fan fails driving the pressure up. Do you...

    Kubota Snow Blower - Improve

Have a very similar blower and did as you suggested. Used por15 on the inside of chute but also lined only the top side of the chute with a piece of ptfe. This will be my 7th season and have yet to break a shear pin. Driveway is gravel approximately 360'. Takes a bit longer and care until it's...

    B2601 seat upgrade project

Great upgrade. For your own safety I would radius all the corners. For me I only have to look at something sharp and then I'm bleeding.

Bolts To Studs On A BX Front Axle

Don't use neverseize on anything that has to be torqued. It acts as a lubricant and you will end up over torquing.

B2601. Thought as you that something weird was happening. I even convinced myself that I put the knob in the wrong spot. You get used to it moving around.

I like the last two pictures. If you did them in black and white have one enlarged for hanging. Enjoy.

    Removing/Capping a hydraulic fitting (B2650)

The easiest thing to do would be to remove it from the bracket and tuck it up securely. No fitting required and easy to put back in place. Or as you said remove and cap.

How much gear oil to put in gear box of Kubota L2195 Front snowblower

Looking at pictures of the blower there should be a vent on top, a fill plug on the side and a drain that is sorta near the bottom but still on the side. Oil should be filled to the point that it starts to flow out the fill plug. Not the best design as you can't drain all the oil out. This shows...

    b2601 quick hitch?

The blower looks very similar to my BX2755HD. As I stated the subframe I'm using with my B2601 is the B2714C. The drive line kit for it is a B2798. Hope this helps you.
