in my opinion the blade should be at least 12" wider than the rear track with of the rear tires

I would replace all the washers on all the blades while you're there. If you're in a pinch for now you can try with a hammer and maybe a piece of pipe with the old washers in a vice putting a little more cone shape into them to get you by until the new ones come

I do mostly everything in two wheel drive, 4 wheel drive to me is there to get you out of trouble, and if the four wheel drive doesn't work the Hail Mary is the diff lock

For the last two years I've had an LX 3310 with really no complaints. I would like to step up to a full L but the lawn that I maintain on my property is not really conducive to a tow behind style mower. Does anybody know if there's a way to attach a mid mount mower to a full size L with a cab?
