    B6100 won't start

I'm going to guess you need to bleed the lines. I say this because you mention a clean filter. Likely gravity feed and no solenoid.

    Modifying My Trailer ???

Absolutely add jacks. They make loading/unloading so much less exciting. I have a set like these on my trailer. All you need to do is weld on the pipe stubs that the jacks attach to. Pull the pin and rotate 90 degrees when traveling...

    L-Bolt for FEL

When I butt weld two cylinders together I bevel both ends to nearly a point, then weld all around and dress back to original diameter. Same as you'd do with proper prep for any butt weld. Gets 100% fusion and fill this way. Laying the pieces in a piece of angle iron helps keep them coaxial.

Hauling a Kubota BX on a 10 foot trailer

I think you did just fine, and I commend you for subjecting yourself to the judgment of the safety police to demonstrate what can be done. Just for fun you should run that combo over a scale if you ever have the opportunity.

B219 hydraulic pump failed. Need help!

Where did you come up with the pump flow rate? 6gpm is a lot bigger than the main hydraulic pumps on most tractors that size. I've always heard the external pumps are faster. What was the failure? Have you taken the pump apart to see?

Oil Pressure Light Came On!!! pics

While you've got it drained and clean, you might consider running a coolant pressure test to see if you have any leaks. Most auto parts stores rent them if you don't have one.

    FEL Safety Boot

My Dad made some stops for his Mercruiser boat outdrive that had slow leaks in the hydraulic cylinders that would sag in storage. He cut a slot in PVC pipe so that it was a snug snap onto the extended rod. Looks similar to a giant roll pin. Worked really well and an inexpensive option that...

    Engine Oil

Go down to Walmart and look at the diesel oil. Rotella, Delvac, Delo, etc. 15W-40 is the most common in my area.

    Fuel leak question

Hard to tell from the pic. Was there an o-ring groove or any other features on the fitting where it interfaces with the housing?

B7100D Hydraulic Problems and then some...

How so? If it's slick, then the rears probably won't be much help, but they surely won't be the cause of any bind up. Seems like nowhere near the load that the front end takes with a full bucket and the rears barely touching. While I agree it would be best to chain the rears also, I don't...

    Folding ROPS

Take all input with a grain of salt. You will hear many tales of potential for future lawsuits, etc. In the end it is your decision to make. I personally see no reason not to shorten the ROPS a small amount if done by a competent fabricator.

Please help me pick out a tractor!

Ag tires. The uses you describe are farm work, not construction.

    L35 backhoe surgury

Seems like a no brainer, especially since the tractor side of the subframe is already taken care of. Should be easy enough to come up with something on the BH side of it. Post pics of the job if you can.

    PTO Powered Log Splitter

Nice! I have a PTO screw type splitter and it works great. One of my most favorite tools. Only problem is occasionally you find a stubborn knotted chunk that will stall the tractor if I don't have the speed high enough. Would be nice to have reverse PTO now and then.

    Side Link Mayhem...

Within reason it's pretty easy to shorten or stretch steel parts. I know exactly what you're after, I can still remember my grandpa's MF side link adjustment, a lot nicer than my rusty old turnbuckle.
