    Kubota engines are what is called parent bore engine, they don't have liners persay. Engines with sleeves are prone to cavitation and or liner seal leaks hence closer attention to antifreeze and additives must be paid.

    The plastic part on the tank is swelled at the bottom so it might help to give it a shot of wd40 just to make it slip out better but a good tug and they should pop out.

    Yours is the first I ever heard of cooling better on 134. By the nature of the chemical it doesn't cool as well plus it runs at higher temps and pressures. My guess is your system was never charged properly with R12.

    Dump the r134 in the system and recharge with duracool or something of the same makeup. Your ac will work much better. Any recharge kit you buy at a parts store will be duracool.

    What you describe sounds like the crankcase vent.They get old a brittle so if you move it you might need to replace it. I have used heater hose as an easy replacement.

    It sounds like the rear axle housing. The brake is inboard from that. I doubt it will be cheap to replace, but I guess that depends on your definition of cheap. Hope you didn't pay much for the tractor.

    First you have to make sure that the throttle lever is moving full range. Does the lever hit both the low idle and high idle stops. Check that and let us know.

    If your 3pt is bypassing oil at the top of its stroke it will limit oil flow to the loader. Just move the 3pt down from the top position 2-3 inches and that will eliminate that potential problem. It likely is not the case but should be eliminated just in case.:D
