    Removable saw holder (homemade)

Not really removable, without removing mounting bolts. The loader should be able to be removed with it on there. https://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=47731&stc=1&d=1584099421

Another Safety Issue—- Seat Switch Deactivated?

My last 2 tractors JD 4310 & Grand L6060, I installed a bypass switch. My grand son has been driving my tractors since he was 8 or 10 and I didn't want him to be able to forget to shut the implement off before dismounting. Now when I need to stand up to see the fork tips or run the chipper, etc...

    LA805 Simultaneous Lift and Curl

If I understand your question correctly, yes it will. I have a Grand L6060 with the 1055 loader. I use the lift and roll back feature often when loading the bucket from a dirt pile. I drive into the pile while lifting and rolling the bucket back to fill it. I have also done the same when using a...

    Engine Oil

Why would you have both valve covers off if there was no problem?

    Extended Warranty ?

Just looked it up. Tractors up to the Grand L have a 24 month basic warranty and a 72 month limited power train warranty. Thats residential not commercial.

    Engine Oil

They also make 15W40 now in T6. Maybe just within the last year? I found it at Walmart of all places.

    Engine Oil

Older gas engines were much more forgiving in what oil they were content with for oil. By older I mean before multi displacement (cuts out cylinders when not needed) and VVT (variable valve timing). This is when the manufacturers started requiring 0W? and 5W? weight oil. These new engines don't...

    Knee replacements and MMM

I was making dollies for some of my equipment when all of a sudden a light went off about putting the equipment on pallets and using a pallet jack. Don't know if this will work for your application but it makes moving the implements around in the shop a lot easier. I got a new pallet jack at HF...

Are there any implements for sorting rocks from dirt?

sounds like a Harley power rake might work. Then you won't have to dig it up sift it and landscape it again.

    Disappointed with dealer/Kubota

Unfortunately this is the word we live in now. Customer service is not what it use to be. At least they came out and fixed their mistake, instead of just saying sorry about that.

    Salt Spreader on the BX

I had a spreader on my New Holland TC30D years ago for salt. I washed the back of it down with water after every use, It still started to rust the swivel balls on the three point hitch and every paint chip had rust after the first year. If you plan on keeping your tractor for years, 5 and beyond...

    Close faced Hydraulic Couplers

My Grand L6060 is set up just the way you have yours, now. I haven't had a problem with leakage or connecting the couplers. I have flat face locking connectors on my snowblower. If there is no pressure on the lines they work great. At first I thought they were the cats a**. That was until I...

    Looking to buy a trailer...

If you will be hauling your tractor and attachments 150 miles, I would suggest you think about all the attachments you will want when you get there. A trailer 4 or 5 feet longer than you need will hold that extra attachment you might want to take with you and won't cost much more than a 4 or 5...

Kubota Grand L 60 series LED work light bulbs?

I put 4 cheep LED lights on my Grand L. Light wise they work great. Only problem I have is when I turn on my LED lights I lose my radio. After a lot of research, I found that some of the cheep LED's have a lot of RF frequency static. That results in radio interference. So now I have to make the...

    FEL hooks

I have a welder and welded 3 - 3/8" hooks on the top of my bucket. 1 in the middle and 1 on each end of the bucket. The end hooks are basically to strap things in the bucket. Like barrels. I would only pull or lift with a center hook. And yes a 3/8" hook will work down to a 1/4" chain.

Grand L 60 cabin switch illumination

I remember the feeling, you've made the commitment and are just waiting for the tractor to be delivered. The instrument cluster and overhead console is lit up very nicely and as you would expect just like the car. The best part is when your out there in the heat or cold the cab is just right...

    Pallet forks question

I bought a new pair of forks from titan for about the price of used. They won't lift 10000lbs but neither will my tractor. I think I got the 4000lb forks my L6060 will max out at 2000 or less.

    Incline shutoff?

I hated to disconnect the seat switch completely so I put a switch on the console so I could shut it off and turn it back on. I have a 12 year old Gr son that mows with the tractor and I didn't want the seat switch disconnected when he was using the tractor or around it. Just remember with the...
