I live in Fenton, I may be interested. PM me with details......it must be a Category 1 for my BX24. Please let me know, it's not often that I can find a memeber close to where I live. Chuck

Interesting inquiry though, in any case. PM me for further discussion if required.

Skeets, I have a standard stainless model and a stainless fluted bull model. I think the bull barrel measures about .980" o.d. The standard barrel does have a taper so I will mic it and let you know what distance from the muzzle that the measurement was. I am assuming that you want the o.d...

    7610 Power steering

I agree with N.I.W. The pump would be the most likely root cause in your case. In rack and pinion steering system applications, the condition is often within the power rack assembly due to internal leakage(s).

FOR SALE: Land Pride RCR1260 5' bush hog

Great idea, NIW, I can estimate the weight or maybe find it on the web for the implement and get my own estimate. I will check the seller's residency area and see what the distance to the nearest Fastenal location is. Thanks for the input! Chuck

FOR SALE: Land Pride RCR1260 5' bush hog

I live just in Fenton, Mich. Any idea what the shipping would be? I have been told that Fastenall might be the way to go, cheaply. If the price is right for the shipping, let's talk puchase. I don't want to put you through a knothole for checking though. Thanks, Chuck

    BX25D Has No Power Climbing

Hey TGBG....Reading your post, I only have a one questiion that may or may not apply. I too am a new owner of the same tractor so I can empathize with your position. To a degree, I can understand there being a loss of power climbing a hill in high range if the bucket was loaded, depending on the...

    Another Orange Owner has arrived

Thanks for the encouragement everyone! I am going going to start with the toothbar. The dog, Izze, in the pic is a three year old Viszla. Makes me laugh that every time something new comes into the homefront she will methodically sniff every square foot of it as though it requires her approval...

    Another Orange Owner has arrived

Thanks Hokie.....that's good advice. Just as soon as the bank account settles down! A little at a time is okay but that tooth bar is a priority. Thanks for the kudos from you other guys!

    Another Orange Owner has arrived

It was a week ago last Thursday that we took delivery of our new BX25. We haven't got any aftermarket upgrades yet. We opted to not get the mower aside from some other factory options. We did buy the snowblower but no mower as we have a commercial zero-turn. It will be over the next few months...

    Why should I buy BX25D?

Flienlow, I based my decision on what I had been reading on this site.......my BX25D is being preppes as we speak. Likely have it delivered this week although they are waiting for delivery of the snowblower to the dealer before they drop it all at my place. They invited me to the dealer yard...

Snow blower vs Plow gravel driveway?

Spen Aver's right about pumping the snow further away from the driveway. Even at relatively quick paced plowing, the snow plowed today takes a set then each subsequent time the wind row is taller. Eventually, its not effective to plow. Ordinarily, we get about 35-40" seasonally in the part of...

    New BX25D owner

I'm happy for you that you've taken possession of the little beast. All of the suggestions given by the members have been written down as I will be having mine delivered next week. The deal said he's certain that he'll be able to secure a snowblower for me but did warn that they are of seasonal...

    Emergency brake

Dang, I love this site! All of you guys are as entertaining as you are enlightening. I be getting my tractor (BX25D) in less than two weeks but I've got a list of stuff to upgrade on it that might take 6 months to complete. I suspect I'd better pace myself or I won't get much time operating it...

    Blue water navy

Skeets, I opened the link but no related bill content was present. Tried everything to access it. No luck. It may have been because I used the smartphone. Will try with notebook later today.

Welcome to the site, ffdo83! I haven't been a member very long myself but find the site to provide a tremendous amount of topic diversity, mechanical insight and structure. Not an orange owner yet though intent is to purchace a BX25 in less than three weeks. Hopefully recognize your moniker in...

AM/FM headphones for music and protection.

I personally think that wearing most radio headsets while operating machinery is damaging to the ears in most cases. To effectively override the muffled drone, many wearers are turning the volume of the music too high resulting in highly focused noise delivered to the eardrums. Damage thereafter...

    New Tractor

That is a nice tractor, TopesRule! Tools like that have a way of being subject to uses immediately upon delivery, it seems. Break her in well and enjoy the ride!
