Skeets, I opened the link but no related bill content was present. Tried everything to access it. No luck. It may have been because I used the smartphone. Will try with notebook later today.

Basicly it is to bring the Blue Water Navy under the same umbrella as the ground troops that were in the same areas during Viet Nam try this link. Seems some Blue Water Sailers have been subjected to Agent Orange. And have filed claims but were rejected because the way the regs are written
