I put a PTB on my L3800. I use it to dig out ditches that have filled in and use the dirt to backfill mud holes. It works great at clearing brush too. I'm a new tractor owner and it definitely take some practice digging with it. If I go slow I can usually get a full scoop.

I've got to take my tractor to the dealer for it's 50 hour service. Where should I attach the straps for trailering? I have a brush guard on the front and thought I'd attach the straps there. Not so sure about the back. Thanks

I ordered one of these from Amazon and it has worked great. It takes a little longer to fuel up the can but it will not let water through the filter. I actually tested it by filling it up with water and the filter did not let a drop though...

I was covering seed and I did not want the disk to fully contact the ground and bury it too deep. So I just ran the disk in the 5-6 position instead of the float position. It kicked up enough dirt to cover and I have a 6' post pulled behind my disk for leveling.
