    RC60-72H on b7200hstd

Shaft isn't bent. Aftermarket blades, bolts aren't overtightened. All 3 blades nest perfectly. Pretty sure they aren't bent. I am however going to replace them due to corners rounding. Most cutting in the edge bit of blade. Cut quality suffers.

    RC60-72H on b7200hstd

No Ideas? Stopped raining long enough to extract ANOTHER bolt. Aggravating to say the least...

    RC60-72H on b7200hstd

I am sick and tired extracting broken blade bolts. It's always the center one. It hits nothing, even raised it to cut higher this year. Still breaks at least once, sometimes twice. Every mow. I do mow ~4 acres, however, rarely do I get even 1 acre before it breaks. I even used 10.9 bolts...

    Kawasaki fx921v valve adjustment.

If it had that much carbon, there is 100% a cause. Either the air filter is letting stuff by, it's running very rich, bad gas, burning oil. Either HG or bad rings. Or some combo of them.

    Kawasaki fx921v valve adjustment.

Not stupid. The compression release is on the cam. 100% sure it's TDC? Kawasaki's in general have this issue. The release is either an extra "lo e" (the missing letter is inop on pc.), or a governor of sorts. Never into specific engine to know 100%

    Tachometer

Tachometer, quit working. The weird parts is it rests below "zero" now. At least my dad had Kubota's since the early 90s, I've had mine for long enough, worked on equipment too. Can "guess" the RPMs by sound. Annoying though. What's going on? L4200 by the way.

    Lug Bolts

Wasn't then. The others worked fine. Had to jack up one side and loosen othere lugs to move a bit. One hole was slightly covered, couldn't start the bolt very fine threads are a pain to start. Impact tightened all 12 lugs, a few were loose.

    Lug Bolts

Got 40mms, threads open backed holes anyway, just stick out a bit. Went to rural king. They have most bolts and nuts/washers. Glad they came to town. Hobby farm. Critter food, etc. Handy store! Honor farm no tax too. Dog food is taxed. Weird, farm dogs. Yes, weird threads, extra fine...

G5200 Blow By and Deck PTO Cable

I'd pull the glow plugs and soak the cylinders with Sea-foam, Marvel Mystery Oil, Diesel Fuel, etc for ~24 hours. Then crank it to blow it out before reinstalling. Then change the oil. Sounds like your rings are stuck (usually carbon or burnt oil or both) . Hard running might unstick them...

BX2200 extremely high rpms - SOLVED - cleaned the injection pump

Aggravating isn't it? Disabled too. EVERYTHING takes 2 to 3 times longer than normal. Very type A, doesn't help that I'm only 42. Yes likely the pump, unless you have timing capability and a flow bench, send it off. not cheap, best thing is block pumps are the cheapest type.

    V2203 head bolts

Ran today. Fully serviced engine, air filter, fuel filter, flushed cooling system, went to ELC from conventional. Ran great, reinstalled the loader. No sign of compression leaking to coolant. Wasted money and time on cheap head gasket. More work but definitely easier engine work with console...

Question on overrunning clutch coupler use on a rotary tiller

Shear Bolts are cheap and they work, slip clutches MUST be slipped and adjusted. A seized slip clutch won't slip. Crescent wrenches and extra bolts live in my toolbox on the tractor as my brush cutter uses them. If they're cared for, slip clutches are fine. Shear bolts are simple. Add-on over...

Best Socket Set for MX series?

Wrenched for a living (cars and equipment) for years, tools not used often use Harbor Freight. IE angle wrenches. snap on sae or metric were around $4-500, Harbor Freight was $40 bucks for both. 3/4 sockets are random manufactures. Once sockets get that big, most makers are satisfactory...

Removing B6200E 3 Point Hitch Piston From Cylinder

Dang had to be stuck, shop aired tons of rock-shafts on Deeres. From 1930s to current, never did that. If possible, I'd point at the floor. Never used tons of pressure though. In my mind if much air is required, stop, something was up.

    V2203 head bolts

FINALLY, warm weather and my disabled body cooperated last couple days. first parts super-clean because its sat under tarp for months. Bigger parts are in sxs which lives in the barn. Rest is in my garage. Cleaned the head and removed valves, cleaned the valves and guides, checked the valves...
