You obviously use your tractor for farming and rely on it to make money. What’s the lead time on parts? Mine is usually a few weeks on non stocked items, but I’m just a hobbyist. My last order was just over a month actually. Would have been better off going online.

Im not sure what to tell you on the diagnosis part, but a quick way to test them is to remove them and hook them up to jumper cables and a battery. If it doesn***8217;t get red hot, it***8217;s bad. NGK makes these for Kubota btw. $4ish online vs. $13 at the dealer.

Just as the title says. I would be running the rear mount mower up about 6-10 inches from the ground on the 3 point hitch. I have about 2 acres that used to be farmed and I’d like to keep the weeds under control. It’s too rough to pull the mower behind on the ground.

Might want to retorque the lug nuts too. I believe it***8217;s 100 ft lbs on the front and 160 ft lbs on the rear.

The 151R is 5.5 deep, 7.5 wide and 9 inches tall. The 9 inches includes the top of the battery posts. The case itself is just under 8 inches tall.

My uncle has a 2005ish 33 horse JD with 150 hours on it. Looks brand new he keeps it so clean. Mine are the direct opposite. I will say I take extra care not to scratch paint or allow implements to become sun faded though.

Angle iron with some long threaded hooks is all the factory setup is. Messicks should have the hooks. Go to the hardware store for the angle iron. eBay has everything for a TG1860. No idea how the dimensions compare. $20ish shipped. Search Kubota battery tie down.

I can get you the dimensions tomorrow. Now that you mention it, maybe they are identical in height, but I assure you it’s a non issue. The 51 was too wide for the factory battery fasteners and bracket. I suppose if you had another way to fasten it down, the larger battery could be made to work.

Both of my 5200s have a 151R. Its small, but fits in the stock location. On my 6200, the PO made a relocation tray so now its behind the front bumper between the frame and PTO pulleys. Not a fan of how it looks, but radiator cleaning is much easier. I believe its either a 51 or 51R. Whatever...

How much money do you think youll have in your current L if you fixed it? The new L will be just under 20k with a FEL, HST, 4WD and R4 filled (soy or beet juice) tires. I see you currently have a back hoe too.. that will be another 7.5k on the new L.

I have still yet to try Kroil and ATF/ Acetone 50/50. A lot of people seem to prefer Liquid Wrench over PB Blaster as the OP shows, but my experience has proved to be just the opposite. Maybe I don’t shake it enough before use. :eek:
