BX2750A Snowblower Repair - Replacing Drive Shaft with Sprocket

If its a set screw over a key, take out the set screw, do the penetrating oil trick, and you might be able to tap the yoke off the shaft with a hammer, if you have space enough to swing...:D:D

Is there a Trencher implement for 3-pt on a BX

Unless you have rocky soil, the cheap way to go would be a 3 point subsoiler, and one of these. It is a tube, that attaches to the subsoiler, and as you subsoil, it lays pipe. If you have an occasional rock, or want to lay it deep, you can always rip it twice, once in each direction, laying the...

Not to pick, but iff'n it was mine, I'd bend that lever latch a little forward, to eliminate the possibility of bendin up that pretty sheet metal. Otherwise its as good a rig as I have seen...:D:D

BX2750A Snowblower Repair - Replacing Drive Shaft with Sprocket

Was there a set screw in the drive shaft? If so, prolly has a key. if not, might be another pin, all the way through the shaft. Might need a small gear puller, there, 2 jaw. I'd also invest in a set of roll pin pinches, which have a ball, in the center of the punch, to center the shoulders on...

How to straighten a bent drag harrow?

Hard to see from the tiny picture, but I know what you are talkin about. I have a big old vise, mounted in a reese hitch, clamp the bent piece(s) in the center, then take a long 1/2" pipe, and bend them back to what the other pieces look like. On the vise I have, I made it, so it has a real...

B2301 First Impressions - Loader Removal & Install

If the line just has a little pressure in it, like from solar heating on the hoses, just take a shop rag, cover the fitting, and take a 3/8 or so bolt, and a hammer and tap her till she squirts a little into the rag. The rag will protect you from a direct spray, which can penetrate the skin and...

Question about jump starting a vehicle

Could also be bad solenoid. Chronic low voltage pits the terminals inside the Solenoid. In that case, I would jump hot from good battery, to hot at starter, if starter spins, bad solenoid...:D

L4310 HST shot sparks and wont start.

Wool, it sounds like ewe have a serious short. Time to start checking all exposed wires, once you have elambinated wires, ewe need to check if ewe have a baaad starter alternator, or even battery. I won't go on bleating any more, with your tractor in the dock, so to speak. Good night, maybe if...

trouble reading HST fluid on a dipstick

I grind the tip of the dipstick, up about an inch. Then wire brush it to remove burrs on edges. The ground surface is much easier to see the oil on...:D:D

Some Scams Are Difficult to Detect....

I find that a Phone # and Text charlie(ie), in the photo is one give away. Another is a picture that doesn't fit the box, that appears when you click on the ad. Also, weird symbols, and alternate option symbols, in the title of ad is a dead giveaway. All ways, the hook price is too low, and...
