Not saying your starter can't be at fault, but I expect the HST neutral switch not being quite centered would more likely be the problem, a slight vibration from the whack and someone getting in and out of the tractor can be enough to allow it to connect. Any rodents hanging around your tractor? The display needs input from the alternator, perhaps a chaffed/chewed wire, loose connection on the intellipanel?

So you probably lost some oil out of those hoses/cylinders then as well, and if you haven't replaced it...........

I'm just noting that they are have leaked, (as shown by oil in your photos), and that they are possible points for some loss of oil from your system. How much they are leaking, and whether they are worth pulling apart to repair or not, you won't find out till after you get it going again...

Lots of specific setting/test procedures, pressure settings, correct way spool to be fitted etc. noted in the service manual, perhaps he needs to revise what he did.

Hopefully you have plumbed your new valve correctly. Whilst normally you would be able to read pressure from a work port on the valve, you won't if there is no supply to it. So either incorrectly plumbed, or no oil being sent to the valve.

Something to consider, maybe? I had a quick look at the parts diagram, I don't have a service manual, from the parts diagram I conclude the following. It may not be correct, so happy to be corrected. It "appears" the "separate hydraulic steering pump" is indeed separate from the main...

The tank breather is above it, from the looks of it the right bucket and boom cylinders are leaking, plus the tank return line or suction line at tank appear to have a lot of old oil there. The pressure line from the pump looks shiny, can't see if it has leaking oil, check all lines and fittings.

I'm guessing he means the hydraulic steering tank, and "if" he's having to top it up, and he's seeing oil leak from the steering area, I'm guessing he has a steering related issue. All guesses though!

The L3750 does have a separate power steering oil tank.
