I found a SB1064 that’s 3 years old and like new. I can’t pass on it. The local Dealer said he would give me $1300 trade on my 60” Farm King blower when I called for new prices today, so I though it would be a good time to sell and upgrade.

I’ve been also looking at the WoodMaxx 60 blower for next year, they seem to be built heavier then Farm King and others. How are you guys liking your Woodmaxxs?

Makes sense, just like anything with 4wd on pavement.

I run mine in 4wd all winter for snow blowing. But there’s no weight on the front and I’m driving on snow-mat/ ice.

What do you think caused the failure? How many hours?

According to the Farm King site my BX2670 is good for up to a 66”. Check with your blower manufacturer to see what there blowers call for.

My BX2670 is the same. I’ve adjusted the spring tension which helped the peddle return a little faster. I guess I just am more acquainted to it now compared to my belt drive JD lawn tractor with Hydro drive.

I have seen guys wear helmets. It takes me about 15 mins or so to blow snow so it’s not to bad I guess. Our falls have been very wet the last few years with no freezing before the first snow , I was tires of rutting up the yard with my truck while plowing off the driveway.

Well a few weeks later and lots of warm/ freezing weather that’s been going back and forth. I picked up a Farm King blower and painted it up Kobuta orange. Used it several times. It’s much faster than plowing, I don’t have to push snow to the end of the county line to have room for more snow...

I wish I could get by that cheap.. I just ordered a New PTO shaft from Farm King for $400 plus shipping. I spent around 2 weeks talking to diff company’s to build one and know one seems to have the correct parts. Weasler is proud of the Ball Shear yoke assembly. Lol!

By only cutting one side of the PTO shaft you don’t gain (shorten) anything. The PTO shaft will still be the same length and bottom out risking damage to the tractor and if not the implement. His vibration is most likely come after the shaft was only cut on one end which didn’t change anything...
