    How popular are sub-compacts???

I've been keeping an eye on the prices of one like mine over the last 2 years and I've seen them go for as little as $1,200 which was totaly trashed and rough looking up to around $4,500 for a show room quality restored one. I put a $4,000 price tag on my ads because most people want to beat you...

How can I loose stubborn nuts?

Once you get that stubborn sucker off buy youself a bottle of Aintiseeze paste. Might have to hunt around stores or online but I discovered this little gem when I used to drive a tractor trailer for a local dealership. Slap some on the threads od the new bolt and its sure to come loose with ease...

    How popular are sub-compacts???

I didnt think $4000 was a bad asking price for just the tractor. I am not about to give the thing away either. Im not stuck on the price if someone would like the haggle on the price and shoot offers I'll entertain any reasonable offer. I've only had like 3 people in 2 years ask me about the...

    How popular are sub-compacts???

I have been trying for two years to sell my Kubota B6100E to upgrade and get something a little larger like a L175 or L185 for example. And I can't seem to find anyone who would be inclined to buy mine. I have talked to the dealer and the salesman said they dont last long on the lot, everone...

    Rotory cutter ?

Personaly I dont like to cut anything over 1 inch thick, anything over that flys all over the place at a high rate of speed and hurts like hell when you get hit from flying debris while trying to operate.

Hello My Kubota B1600 Dt - plow

Quite the little power house you have there. Nice looking tractor and it seems to plow fantastic in the dirt. Just be careful it looked like you could easly flip that sucker over plowing on a angle like that, especialy in soft ground or mud it doesnt take much to turn one over on its side.

    Something keeps killing my battery!

I can trickle charge a battery overnight and hook it back up on the tractor, fire it up just fine one time and as soon as I start it up I can shut it down and be back to square one. DEAD!

    Something keeps killing my battery!

The leads are good and intact. I would have thought if it was the starter I would get some sort of sound comeing from it. And I have tapped on it with a hammer to make sure its not stuck. When I jump it or recharge the battery it starts up just fine.

    HST v.s. Gear

If you plan to keep it for the long haul throw it away now because in a few years the HST will be worn out tired and no good. I've owned several commerical lawnmowers they were hydro drive and I had to constantly change and adjust them. The gear model has been a proven workhorse since the dawn...

    grading and leveling

I'm sure now in December its a tad to late to talk about this. But for my two cents worth being a landscape contractor, pratice pratice pratice! Also the type of grading box you use make a huge differance. A box with a hinged back blade leaves the finest grade behind. I can grade dirt out as...

    ZB7000 front loader

LOVE IT! Was it inexpensive to build yourself? I understand you are a welder by trade. I have a B6100 I'd love to have a loader for but my dealer here said it would not be a good idea beacuse its to small, only 2wd and not power steering. I tried to tell them I grew up on an L275 with a loader...

    Kubota L2350 - I've done it again!

Take the serial to your local Kubota dealer and have them check to see if it's a grey market or not. So far it sounds like its an American made model, we do have the L2350's here in the U.S.

    Trailers for carrying small Kubota

My advise get youself a big one. I own a 6x16 tandem axle which is rated for 7000 pounds. I have had every single inch filled up and even had to take the ramps off because I had some hanging over. I own a B6100E and yeah sometimes with just the tractor and a grading box its over kill, other...

Weather proofing tip and beating the elements.

My father and I just recently discovered that plastic drop in bed liners work fantastic to cover your tractor with. And best of all they are free. My dad is one of those types who doesn't throw away alot and if its free its better. So he was able to get ahold of several bed liners free from a...

    Something keeps killing my battery!

The leads are new, not but a year or so old. No corrosion or gunk built up at all. It doesnt even make a sound if I try to start it back up once its off. Its like a battery is not even in there. Something is sucking the life out of a battery fast. I have put 2 brand new ones on and took them to...

    Something keeps killing my battery!

I have a Kubota B6100E and something keeps killing my battery. I went to the dealer and asked the shop foreman what it could be and he told me he has never heard of a tractor doing what mine does. I can put on a brand new battery, charge one or jump start it off my truck and the tractor will...
