    Front Blade

I've been kicking around the idea of bolting on either a 1/4'' or 1/2'' thick piece of rubber to the bottom of my rear blade to cut down on rough bumping in an effort to decrease the impact on the rear blade if I should once again hit a manhole cover like I did on saturday when I was plowing in...

    3 speed pto

I've always wanted to know what is the reason for Kubota putting a 3 speed pto on some tractors? My B6100 has a 3 speed and I dont think I've ever used #2 or #3, I did one time played with the #2 speed and it scared the hell out of me and didnt want to try the 3rd speed. If I rememeber correctly...

    ZB7000 front loader

I can tell you from experiance and loader on a tractor with no power steering sucks! But it is a great way to build up arm muscle if you work on it all day long. A little trick I use in tight spots is push the loader all the way down and take pressure off the front end and its alot easer to turn...

new to forum + question's about my tractor

Sutart it must be because your blade tilts. I have an identical blad eand mine just turns side to side or all the way around and I get the best results haveing the blade turned backwards and pushing backwards. I was out on saturday back pushing up large amouts of snow. We had like 15 inches fall...

new to forum + question's about my tractor

When you turn the blade on either a right or left angle and have it faceing forward and travel in a forward motion the tractor will walk sideways in which ever direction you have the blade turned. For example if you stand at the back of the tractor with the blade angled to the the right meaning...

Weather proofing tip and beating the elements.

Try to find bedliners for an 8 foot bed, your tractor would probably need two of them.

new to forum + question's about my tractor

I wouldent go over a 4ft blade. I have a B6100 with a 4ft blade and I was plowing snow just a few days ago with great results. I purchased mine from a place called Agri-Supply. I think I paid $150 for it. Also keep in mind if you angle the blade your tractor will walk sideways as you plow. Just...

    Something keeps killing my battery!

Funny you mention that aquaforce. There is a battery kill switch on the dash board that I can turn off to keep from loseing power. I suppose now is a good time to get a little hadle replaced on it so I can use it again. But then there is the problem if the tractor stalls out from a sudden jerk...

    How popular are sub-compacts???

I have been useing www.tractorhouse.com as a referance tool for priceing. I has listed it as $4000 obo, figureing people would want to beat me down and haggle on the price. I would take 3500 to 3000 for it if cash money is shown. I did at one time have it listed as a package deal which included...
