    Radiator screen problem solved.

Oh, don’t get me wrong. The arms are raised and cylinder safety stops installed before I get under them, too.

    Radiator screen problem solved.

I have a L2501 and the screen in front of my radiator has small tabs to grab on each side to pull. The L3301 doesn’t? Odd. The problem I have is the loader arms have to be raised to pull it completely clear.

It’s in the corner not in the photo. Hard to get a walk-in cooler that large included without a wide lens.

Kubota refuses to honor my 5 Year Emissions Warranty on my B3350

Call maybe, meeting likely not, but you could always ask if you can be in on it. It is your tractor. Worst that can happen is the GM says no.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Thanks! Just paid off. My wife and I purchased it back in Jan. 2019 after we got the last of three through college. Previous owner used the open acreage for hay production. We’ve been slowly returning it back to nature under wildlife management. Anything new? Met with the custom home...

    Hydraulic Cylinders and useless O-rings

5 minutes? I’ve seen Wolfman answer questions BEFORE they were asked. I enjoy reading his responses on issues even when I don’t understand the issue - or the answer. The man is a wealth of knowledge.

Tractor (L2501) not starting. Safety tripped?

i have the same tractor. This happened to me once, well, not the tractor jerking and stalling. Shut it down after mowing and wouldn’t start. Moved the PTO lever back and forth - nothing. Took can of lube spray w/straw, sprayed some into jacket around cable at PTO lever. Crawled under where...

    BX2380 Ballast Box weight.

I purchased a used Armstrong Ag ballast box a while back for my L2501. The box is close to 200#s alone. I thought about concrete and gravel but how to remove if I wanted? Gravel could be dumped but then you’d have to shovel it back in when needed, I went to local Home Depot and picked up...

    Weight and hydraulics

I run a L2501 HST w/ LA525 FEL. I have a ballast box that is ~1000#s and the quick hitch adds about another 70#s to the lower link arms. If I read the manual correctly the max weight for the arms is 1985#s. The loader supposedly is My question - if I put ~800#s on the FEL (forks and load)...

    fluid level

The fluid is clear but it does have a slight amber color so it makes it hard to tell. However, if the spot is as white as the message box you are seeing my response in, it is low. If it has any other color tone it is high.

Servicing front axle on 3901 HST 4WD

I have a L2501 but pretty sure the 3901 is similar In this regard. I got a cheap aluminum pan (the kind you place a turkey in) and put it up against the tire. Then, propped a funnel with long throat (8” or so) under the drain plug and placed the end of the throat against the edge of the pan so...

Are you close to a dealer? I know the last time I walked into my Kubota dealer (3 weeks back) they had them on a shelf right in front of the parts desk.

    QH16

Not sure which finish mower you have but the FDR16 has this in its feature document… Lower hitch points adjust in and out Accommodates many tractor configurations by adjusting in and out. So, as everyone said switch them.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

As my late father back in the day used to joke when his farm needed rain… You could watch it pour all the way to the fence line, part like the Red Sea and rejoin back together at the other fence line. Pulling for you. It can‘t avoid you forever.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

At 192 hours, but before I get to the 200 hour maintenance window, I decided to change the front axle fluid to 80w-90 gear oil. I recently had back surgery and per doc I am still limited on bending, twisting. I could do this without having to stoop, twist, crawl on the ground, or lay on back...
