    B8200 classic

Hi Katansam- Everyone was a newbee. Tractors are full of surprises and contain many technologies from hydraulics to engines, to tires and so on. This is a friendly forum and there is a lot of good experience here. Goodluck with your purchase! What are your plans for this beast?

Moving trailers with FEL Bucket or Forks

These are all really good ideas. I have been thinking of what do do as well for moving a boat and utility trailer. I have a question for Lilfoot: Guessing on dimensions 10 x 10" using 1/2 plate? Also, on the bolts that engage under the FEL blade, are those some kind of bushings that fit over...

SOLD ALL - Kubota Radiators - Several Sizes

Thank you. I am trying to save a bit on shipping and perhaps someone else can use the radiator. Kindly see the pic attached for the 3 measurements. Would you also send me a pic of the thing lying down? I can't see the bottom of the shroud - I guess it's flat. What holds the shroud to the...

SOLD ALL - Kubota Radiators - Several Sizes

I wonder if you would consider selling just the shroud? I am interested in this one (see attached). If you are, I will send you where to measure so I know if it will fit

Kubota L35 TLB - Bleeding Injectors

So yesterday I began putting the top bits of the engine together. Injectors, rail, valve cover, plumbing, etc. I ran the engine through a few revolutions to get the oil moving. I had the top lines to the injectors disconnected so I could see when fuel arrived. Eventually the good 'ole red...

PSB-2021-101 Anyone know what this is about?

Hi All, I took the page with all of the info from Kubota (https://kubotacustomercare.custhelp.com/app/home) and moved the data into an excel file. It will be much easier searching for things in excel rather than using their web page. Download the file and when it unpacks it will be in excel...

    d1105 injectors don't spray.

Excellent - Good for you. I'm thinking the injector was clogged and using the tool managed to get them going again. They could still be clogged and if the engine doesn't continue to run, perhaps put them in the tool again just to ensure they are popping. Looks like the injectors come apart...

Kubota L35 TLB - Injectors, Freeze Plug, Muffler

I hear you, but you likely didn't buy a project tractor as I did. "OH NO what have I gotten into!"

    Z725 Stalling out

I am not familiar with this machine, but wanted to ask if there is a safety switch on the seat that could cause an issue when the operator moves around.

    Fueling your Tractor

Hi All, My assumption is that if y'all live on farms, you probably have large diesel/gasoline tanks from which to fuel your equipment. Cool. I wish I lived on a farm! But those of us with some acreage that enjoy tractors probably have a different approach. So I started looking around on...

Kubota L35 TLB - Injectors, Freeze Plug, Muffler

Continuing... The original exhaust manifold was cracked and I helped it along. The valve cover was eaten away and I used JB Weld and some magic to make the repair. Yes that is the black gasket you are seeing in the picture "1 rotted gasket slot"

Kubota L35 TLB - Injectors, Freeze Plug, Muffler

Hi All- While continuing with Rust and Rehabilitation, I decided to clean off the top of the engine and remove and inspect the injectors. This is a D1703 engine. After immediately puncturing a rusty freeze plug and charming the job with colorful language, I thought I'd post a few pictures for...

    Bacteria in fuel

This is great information. Being a bit of a nerd, I looked up the main ingredient "Nitrobutyl Morpholine". As with most things of this nature, it deserves as much or more respect as other nasty chemicals we all use. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/3527600418.mb222444kmxe0009

    Seafoam fuel treatment

Hi Mike. If you go to Youtube and search on "seafoam in diesel" there are are ton of "YES" and a ton of "NO" as to whether Seafoam actaully works. Personally I don't know, but are you trying to solve some sort of problem with your engine?

New to site - not sure if this site includes Kubota ATV's but..............................

Building on some ideas aforementioned: 1) Possibly use the electrical or PVC nut threaded on as much as possible with silicone to make up the difference. 2) a rubber grommet used in a sink drain. 3) a rubber regular grommet or large Oring. 4) The JB Weld idea might work and you don't need to...

Your Thoughts, Should I or no?

Unless you know for a fact there is metal in the system, it seems replacing the seal is all that's needed. If you want to, stick a clean magnet in an oil catch bottle and see what sticks.
