    Chainsaw guys

In my limited electric chainsaw experience, if I use my saw and fully drain the battery I've got to wait 20 minutes minimum for the lithium battery to cool down before I can mount it to the charger for its 45 minutes-to-1 hour recharge (I do have several batteries). I find that the electric saw...

    B2301 FEL and 3PH Problems

I would suggest disconnecting the BH hoses and then testing the FEL (wondering if its possible to keep the BH attached and just disconnect the BH hoses for this process, not sure as I've only had a BH for a week). It may help to disclose the number of operating hours showing on the dash. Is it...

    DIY BH77 Install Journey

Not sure about the BH70 weight, I estimated 800 lbs (couldn't find the weight spec in the manual ) My casters (HF) are 4" poly; total capacity 1220 lbs (2 X 275lb + 2 X 335lb). I've currently got about 7/8" - 1" space between dolly & outrigger supports; I may fasten one more thin...

    DIY BH77 Install Journey

As a new backhoe owner myself I know you must be feeling great now that it's on and working! Congratulations on an epic journey; not many owners would undertake a BH self-install from the crate, never mind the additional roadblocks that popped up in your case. Nice write-up & pics, looks great...

    Chainsaw guys

With any battery-powered tool, you should consider which manufacturer has the broadest line of compatible tools that will function with the same battery. I did this and ended up with two chainsaws and a leaf blower that all use the same 40V battery. Additionally, the voltages of lithium...

    Starlink Question

I live in a development that had underground utilities installed when the neighborhood was laid out (30+ years ago). Within the last 24 months I've had newly-installed cable TV & electrical wires installed in-ground right past my lot; the interesting thing about the new installation was that the...

    Hummers yet?

Every year I get one dominant male that will hang out at the feeder & chase away every other hummer that shows up, it's an endless battle to get to the feeder and an absolute joy to watch. Occasionally I'll see a male doing a mating 'dance' for a female at the feeder. Hopefully I'll get some...

    Wood Chipper Manufacturers

Woodland Mills WC-68 here, hydraulic feed (a must) and built like a tank. Priced VERY competitively as well. I'll admit, I was leaning towards a WoodMaxx but lucked into a like-new Woodland Mills and never looked back. Great unit, no regrets, definitely worth a look.

    BEST BUY pop up ads

Safari user here....Started seeing small BB ads with an 'X' close option (which didn't work) so a simple page refresh took care of it. I may look into a new browser like duckduckgo (does it work with a Mac?) but I'm seriously looking into a new MacBook Pro, as the newest ones were announced...

    B2650 PTO horsepower.

B2601 / WC-68 owner-user here; I'm pretty sure my tractor has 19.5 PTO HP as well, and I've used my chipper numerous times w/o any issue at all. The chipper's weight is a full load for the 3-point hitch, about 700-800 lbs or so, which requires some attentive operating of the tractor to get it...

    Buying a UTV

Your'e entitled to your opinion. What's your experience? I've been thoroughly impressed with all that I've owned. CVT's are probably one of the most commonly seen transmissions sold today. Their 'track record' speaks for itself. :D

    Buying a UTV

After many years of snowmobiling I grew to really like the CVT transmissions in them; they worked great with high-performance two-stroke engines. When it came time to purchase a 'quad', I had the choice of 6-speed manual (with auto clutch) or an 'auto', which had a snowmobile-like CVT. I went...

    grapple falls over any tips

No stand here (0554), I just open the tines about a foot & stand it on them, never had any issues. I definitely keep it indoors (out of the sun) to prevent any issues with hose re-connection.

    Buying a UTV

@Rdrcr, after seeing your Honda Pioneer 520 I had to go back and re-assess my thoughts on a UTV. That Honda sure is a nice package! Do you know if it's made in US or Japan? Do you have any opinions on attributes or shortcomings after ownership? Yours looks like it has plenty of add-ons too, very...

    Choosing between recommended oil weights

Mobil Delvac Extreme 15W-40 Full Synthetic; easier to find (@Wal-Mart) than Rotella (which is good stuff btw) and relatively cheap for a high-quality full syn.
