    Daughter Missing

Re: Daughter is back....kinda Hi Slim, I'm glad to hear that your daughter is at least in a safe place now. I never have been able to understand this but it always seems the girls that come from a family that loves them and is trying to do what best for them are the ones that let themselves...

    B7800 hydrolic problem

I think this is good advise on any type of hyd. powered equipment. It only takes being injected with oil or fuel one time and somebody else will be working with your tractor and you will be under ground wondering what went wrong.

M6800 Shuttle doesn't shift without clutch

Unless they made a model that I have never seen or heard of the 6800 was never offered with a hyd shuttle which is what you need to be able to shift without using the clutch. The 6800 came with a Synchro-mesh transmission in it. On my M 9000 the shuttle will feel stiff if the tractor is still...

    top linkage connection point

Vic, I went back and took a second look at that top link bracket in your pics. It looks just as good as a new one does so if that's your work I will say nice job and if you had it done by someone else then I'll say you should keep their number because they do nice work. It looks like all the...

    Digging the pond

Butch, What your grandpa said sounds about like mine was. Didn't hear him say not to do something but would hear "did you learn anything from that" after I screwed up. It sounds like the "professional" that told you that must have been one of the Sit on your ass and let everybody else do for...

    B6000 w/ rototiller question

That should be a easy job to fix those turn buckles up. As far as the orange helper goes, I keep looking in Walmart every time I go but all I ever see there is this.

    B6000 w/ rototiller question

The turnbuckles do not connect to the tiller. They connect to the lift arms and the tractor. If you look at the pic of my tractor you can see both end of my stabilizers. My tractor came from the factory with turnbuckles on it and they connected in the exact same place the telescoping do now. On...

    top linkage connection point

I would think the purpose of folding the implement up in close to the back of the tractor was to allow it to pick up a heavier piece and not make it so light in the frontend or maybe just so it would allow the implement to be lifted higher off the ground. I don't see why the normal hook up won't...

    Pto help!

I have just heard of some modes that have a valve that will divert the oil flow to the backhoe when it's in use and then need to be changed when the backhoe is removed to allow the oil to go to the other functions of the tractor.

    1630 Loader on B7200

Hi Vic, I was just reading your post and you made me curious about something. When you said that your loader operates in float position all the time. Does this mean that you have a float on the bucket control or is it a one sided or one way ram? I have never seen a loader that floats the...

    Digging the pond

Butch, It's starting to sound like this wasn't one of your better days. Look at the bright side though, You are still here to tell us about it. The only thing that I know of that can't be fixed or replaced is our life. Even though we never want to tear our tractors up it does and always will...

HAZARD LITES Kubota L2250 4 WD

The biggest reason that I didn't just identify the colors for you is that you should never just assume your colors will do the same job. I don't even take that for granted if I'm working on the same model. Even though they should be the same doesn't always mean they are. Here is what collors I...

Do these models have the hyd valve the needs to be turned when the backhoe is removed so the rest of the tractor can be used.

Hi Monte, That seems to be a good part number. I found it and it was listed that it could be ordered so I would say that you have found what you need. The prise on the one I found was $61.58. Hope this helps. :D

used bush hog, what to look for?

I would look at the blade tip speed and the general weight of the cutter. The blade tip speed will be the difference between a nice clean cut or a cut that will make you think that you cut the field with your eyes closed. The weight will simply let you know how heavy the construction is on the...

HAZARD LITES Kubota L2250 4 WD

I'm not sure about the colors of the wires but I would either want to check them with a meter or a test light to find out what is what. The very first thing I would do is check the fuses to make sure they are all good. Depending on what type of light you hooked the wires to it may not have...
