    On the B2650, nothing is accessible as the solenoid bolts directly to the block. I'd say the solenoid is working fine as the engine is running. If the solenoid wasn't working, the engine would not be running. I'm thinking its welded shut contacts in the 12V relay supplying the solenoid...

    Just like anything round, you want to grip it with as much force as you can all the way around without squeezing it at only two points. Strap wrench or pliers with round jaws.

    Changed Fuel Filter and it won't even turn over

    Any chance there's a low oil switch on the engine and you're just low on oil? Edit- found a couple versions of manuals. Check the cranking fuse if you have one.

    I measured my B2650HSDC on R4 tires at 83 1/2" above the lamp eyebrow with all of the air let out of the tires. I was just barely able to sneak through my standard 7' garage door opening.
