    BX with a Bagger Issues

On mine, the lift rods for the two lower link 3pt arms are removed. The top link is removed and the bagger connects to the point that the top link attached to and the lower link arms. This keeps it from moving He could also move the top of the lift rod from the hydraulic lift arm and attach...

Mower drive shaft to mid pto issue

Before you try to connect it, does the collar move back and forth maybe 3/4"? If not that is the first thing to fix maybe with oil. If it does and you can get it on the shaft all the way, maybe it is too far on and you just have to pull it off a little to get it to lock, mine does that.

Converting from Lug bolts to lug nuts on my BX2200

I got studs from the Kubota dealer to replace the bolts on the back wheels. The front wheels are 9/16-18 and I couldn't find studs. I wound up buying replacement studs for a truck that was 9/16-18 and cut the head off then installed them using red locktite. Of course with all the dies I had I...

    Radio Issue

Sure sounds like it is wired wrong. From the radio there should be up to 4 wires, Ground, ( usually black) Always on(usually red), On with ignition( usually orange I think), and lights(usually yellow I think). The always on wire should use very little current as it's function is to keep the...

BX2200 breaking front driveshaft u-joint pins

The drive shaft can only be out of phase if you split it at the splines and put it back on. If it was out of phase you should actually feel it bind and release sort of like stuttering. (I have first hand knowledge of this lol ) If it is really clunking then I would suspect a u-joint and shaking...

Ever run into bad house wiring?

True, they said it was obviously old work and they couldn't ask me to fix it. But yes, they should have just told me. I was going to fix it right after I had every thing passed anyway.

snow plow mounting for a bx2360 fel

You can have a 60" or a 72" blade. The only issue is the first run through the snow. Once a path is opened up you can use 1/2 or 2/3 of your blade. Sometimes for the first path through, you get part way and push it off to the side then go on to get the first path through. I've used a 72" blade...

Ever run into bad house wiring?

Long time ago I lived in NJ. Got a permit and put in a new service entrance. Kept failing inspection so I figured it was just because I wasn't an electrician. Neighbor ( who worked for the town ) comes over and says he heard I was having issues getting it passed. He then said there was a...

    Hard Drive Recovery Services?

Yes, even if the drive won't come ready ( heads load) the drive should report its manufacturer and model number. It may or may not report the serial number. Many drives today keep the 'firmware' and lots of information on hidden sectors on the media. So the drive must be running with the...

    Hard Drive Recovery Services?

OK, 1. Power up your drive and listen to it. Within 10-20 seconds you should hear the heads 'rattle' a bit as they load and find track 0, This should take 1-2 seconds. If it keeps rattling, your HDA ( bubble, Head Disk Assembly) may be toast 2. If the drive came ready in step 1, you may be...

    Wake up call, today's reality?

Just bought a hybrid. Not many available and I paid 1000 over MSRP. Some dealers wanted 5000 over. Would not have done that for a non-hybrid. Got a great price on selling my 9 year old car with 116,000 on it. I justified the grand by saying got that back on selling my old car. BTW a friend...

Early BX2200 with LA211 FEL - loader hoses messed up

I mounted my loader valve permanently on the tractor and then bought a solenoid valve and plumbed it in after the loader valve on the pressure beyond port. Then added a switch on my joystick to control the solenoid valve. Mine was one of the 3-way valves with the regenerative circuit
