    New blades rc1260

How about renting the tools? A local rental shop may have the larger tools you need, The last time I replaced my blades, I used a 3/4 drive breaker bar with a cheater pipe. If you were closer to me, I would let you borrow my 3/4 inch drive tools.

42 lb suitcase weights on B2601

Yeah, after I posted the message, I did more research and discovered that the actual Kubota weights would be a lot better. I was just being cheap and trying to save some money. . . I think I'm lucky. Usually, it cost money to learn something. I learned this for free.:cool:

42 lb suitcase weights on B2601

Has anyone put the JD 42lb suitcase weights on the front of their b2601? I'm one of the few people without a front end loader and with a heavy load on my carry all the front seems light. I have the opportunity to buy 3. But before I do, I want to be sure they will just drop in place on the...

BX2680 mower deck vs. rear finish mower

When I bought my property, I also bought a JD 3005 with a 5 ft bush hog to clear it. After it was cleared, and I was mowing grass I bought a rear mount finish mower for it. After a few months of trying to mow around trees and other yard obstacles, I gave up, and traded it in for a zero turn...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Good for you. With the lack of rain, everything needs a drink. We also put out water for the wildlife to drink. They come in at night to drink water. With no rain here in about 2 months, the ground vegetation is mostly non existent, so my wife puts a 2.5 gallon bucket of corn in 7-8...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

It hasn't rained here in about 6 weeks, and the temperature has been at or over 100 almost all of those days. My poor grass looks like dried up cut hay and the trees are looking bad. If we don't get some rain soon, I will be using it to carry dead trees to the back of my property.

    M7060 Windsheild Washer Reservoir

That's a good point about the winter. I didn't think about that. . . After 3 weeks with no rain, and a lot of those days near or above 100 degrees I'd just like a little rain.

    M7060 Windsheild Washer Reservoir

Out of curiosity, I looked up the price. o_Oo_O Thats CRAZY!!! Before I spent that kind of money, I would buy a spray bottle of Windex and paper towels and keep it in the cab.

    Bx2380 started on its own

When I was a kid, I had a 1977 Suzuki 100 motorcycle. My father replaced the points ignition with a CDI ignition. On occasion I would kick start it and the engine would run backwards. I would put it in gear, let out the clutch and it would start moving backwards. I would shut it off...

    Mid Mount Mower availability

I bought my B2601 a few months ago. The dealer said they didn't have any 60 inch mowers available but he did have a 54 inch deck in stock at another store. I took it. Have him do a dealer inventory search. 54 inch decks are more available than 60 inch decks. Or that's what I was told. . .

I like Orange. The BX2380 is being considered.

2 years ago I bought a JD1025R. Although it was plenty of tractor for my needs power wise, physically it was too low to the ground and with the 60 inch MMM it was a problem. I traded it in for a B2601 with a 54 inch MMM. No 60 inch mowers were available. I wished I had just bought the...

New(ish) Kubota M62 With Filthy Hydraulic Oil

If I heated one of my wife's best skillet's to red hot then poured used hydraulic oil in it to see the results there would be some definite pops, bubbles and hissing noises. But it wouldn't have anything to do with the oil in the skillet. 🤣🤣🤣

Old B 9200 putting in food plots

I totally understand it. If you can't get parts, you're in trouble. A friend of mine had an old Massey Fergurson 210 tractor that was sitting up on his property. He was going to let me have it for a great price. After researching that model, I discovered that a lot of the parts I...

How to turn your PTO shaft

I took machine shop in college. . . A guy in the night class decided to save time and put a micrometer on piece of pipe he was machining to get the outside diameter. While it was still spinning in the lathe. It pulled out his 3 fingers with the tendons still attached at the knuckle and...
