And while you have the hoses off start the tractor, cycke the third function left and right, and see if you are getting flow. If no flow either the wiring circuit is open or the diverter valve is bad. Since the valve is new it wouod most likely be the 12v diverter circuit. Dan

Sounds like the load check valve in the loader valve is not working. May be a broken spring, stuck open, or jammed with some flotsam. Its item number 40 in the parts diagram but it appears the kit is NLA. I suggest you disassemble, clean, and inspect. Maybe you will get lucky and thats all it...

Unlike the other functions the dump function is a regenerative circuit. My guess is that in combination with the operation of the relief valve is somehow causing the chatter. Stop holding the valve over and it will stop chattering. Unless you have something else of real significance going on...

Looks like your tractor came equipped with a priority flow divider for the optional factory PS. I am going to guess thats the tee you described. What did you get in the way of instructions with the kit? Dan

I would expect the Jackson PS kit comes with a priority flow divider that splits the pump supply into two independent flows. One goes to the PS controller and the other to the tractor hydraulics. Post a picture of this tee and where it hooks into the tractors pump please. Roland knows his stuff...
