    ROP Bar - Light Mounts

I looked long and hard for lights. These are on the way. Now to find a dash switch. I just ran a fish wire down the inside of the ROP and out the bottom. YAY!!!!

BX23S, Redline SSQA Fork set [Modification?]

I'll have to get pics at a later time, as my BX23S isn't equipped for that right now. I was hopeful someone with a BXxx has the Redline system, who may have modified them for 3PH use would chime in. I'll edit my OP to reflect my model...even though that info is in my signature.

    ROP Bar - Light Mounts

2-3/4" wide. 3/8" × 3-1/2" short × 6" long Aluminum "L" Now I need to decide on some lights to mount to them. I also plan to use the same mounts for lights on the boom. Mounts flipped. Temp Lights? **The frame seen under the top of the ROP Bar is WIP for a roof.**

Burn barrel fun....................Just fell in love with some new angle grinder disks.

I have a nice little twin tank Senco compressor that I used back in my flooring installation days. Quick recovery 4.5 gallon. I thought about using that as my air supply. I never had issues with moisture with it, but I drained the tank religiously. I ran coil roofing, finish and framing nailers...

Lead is the answer. Find some folk with night vision spectacles. Maybe buy them some suds for their time.

BX23S, Redline SSQA Fork set [Modification?]

I'm curious if anyone else has the Redline SSQA Fork system, who has modified the fork frame for use on the 3PH. I cannot figure out how to do it.

You don't say a word, a lot, I'm finding. You never said anything about my cutting/shortening my ROP bar either.:love:

    OK smart guys

I raise the deck wheels all the way, then stand the deck up, grabbing at the front. The deck will stand on it's own on the shafts of the deck wheels. Then I put a length of 2x4 under (and across) from shaft to shaft. I use a piece of 4x4 to wedge the blade against the deck, so the blade...

    Another Metal Recycler Visit/Score

I stopped and got some donuts for all the crew, then I went foraging. :giggle: These (there was over 1000 Lbs of them) are used on ship decks, which are screwed into the deck, for lashing automobiles. I grabbed 30 of them today. I can think of LOTS of uses for these.

Right on, RWS. The hands-on test is a plus. The 1/4" cut well, the 3/8" chipper blade, that's hardened tool steel, I believe, so...your machine, it did good, honestly. The 1" mild steel cut, actually turned out better than I expected. For the thicker stuff, maybe having something as a "guide"...

@Runs With Scissors I really want a Plasma Cutter, I'm just not sure which one. With what little research time I've invested, they're all similarly the same. I do understand the higher Amp output, the thicker they can cut, but is 50A enough for cutting 3/8" material cleanly? I'd sure...

    Mower blades

Of course. When they're found on sale, I jump while the gettins good. Things sure as heck aren't getting cheaper.

    Mower blades

I buy 3 sets of blades at once. When I install set #3, set 1 & 2 get sharpened and balanced. I balance my blades by hanging them on a piece of solid shaft, driven like a nail into a vertical post.
