BX2380 - FEL Excavation Project - Possible or no?

I agree with the above statements, get something much bigger. With some rough calculations at 30x50x3.5 (half of 7' for slope) you're looking at digging/relocation of approx 200 yards of soil. Add quite a bit more if you are sloping to the building. Hopefully, your friends mini isn't too small...

Why is perception often much different than the truth?

Correct! I used to work with a guy that taught at the SAS institute. He had a PhD in statistics. He could easily gin up a statistical test for whatever outcome you so desired...and explain it in such a way that you'd believe it as well. That's how it works. ;)

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

My wifes' "little sister" from Big Brothers/Big Sisters wanted to take a spin on some equipment. I obliged of course. She did great with a bit of coaching. The mini was her favorite... I think we may have found another 'helper".

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Gave the mini a little love. Did the 250 hr service on it and changed the engine oil and filter. There's no way that I was going to wait until 500 hrs for its first oil change (as per manual). Service was drama free with virtually no observable metal wear in the drives. Its only the second time...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Banged out another "landscaping" job over the past 1.5 days. Client wanted to "screen out" the neighbor. Problem was the steep embankment and crap (rock) soil. Here's how it looked when I measured it: Start Triaxle load of fill dirt. The U-27 is a little beastie. add another triaxle...

    Cautionary Tale - 71 isn't the new 23

O/P- You're not alone... I smashed this ladder with my ribcage a few years ago. In my haste to get my mothers gutters done, I set this ladder up on her (frosted) deck with too much angle. While waist high with her single story roof (approx 8.5 feet off the frozen deck) I felt the ladder feet...

    LX3310 50 hour service

That's how they are. I'm sure its the same as my B2650. There's only a half turn after gasket contact. I know it seems weird, but you did nothing wrong. I made a handwritten note in my owners manual that it's only 1/2 turn to remind myself. See step 5. ;)
