Have you looked into a dedicated TLB like Kubota L47, M62? They're pretty stout and still have the ability to drop the hoe off the back quickly and throw 3 point attachments on it. You just can't remove the loader (easily). Based on your description, I wouldn't touch a 3pt hitch mounted hoe on...
