John deere 7130 impossible issue please help.

Sounds crazy since it's been doing it so long and it should still get contamination in the coolant but it still looks new plus dosen't trigger the chem test. Cylinders don't get perfectly cleaned of gas each stroke do they? It's definitely something strange, I am hauling loads of rock up hill...

John deere 7130 impossible issue please help.

Better yet after tightening some hoses that leaked at 20 PSI and pulling a vaccume the issue is drastically better but not gone

John deere 7130 impossible issue please help.

The hoses start to blow off if it builds past 30 but between 20-30 it's very slow and the engine was hot when I first tested this. I don't think it would go much past 30 by the looks of it. It may not have even quite hit 30 I forgot to make exact note. It held 21 PSI for an hour before I...

John deere 7130 impossible issue please help.

I put a tire pressure guage on the output of that relief to force it to hold more pressure. Carefully watching it of course.... It stopped at 30PSI.

John deere 7130 impossible issue please help.

Coolant system is tight, perfect pressure test, it's blowing the air out so unless it's a wormhole to a massive air pocket lol..... I haven't tried vaccume but it can maintain pressure.

John deere 7130 impossible issue please help.

This one has served us well as well as our 2 really old deer tractors.... then we had a 5083EN deere that literally fell apart in 1500 hours... so then we began the process of converting to kubota. I can definitely see why people dislike deere now

John deere 7130 impossible issue please help.

If you are looking for a mystery then this is it, I have been trying to figure out the source of this issue for 2 years now with even JD themselves left baffeled.... I have a JD 7130 that has air behind forced into the cooling system, not exhaust, not fuel mix.....air, First of all there...

Love the tractor, nightmare with the bobcat style quick couplers

It's always the side on the tractor with the 2 orings that causes the leak. Male side? But also female because the center is female. We had changed all new couplers on both sides and it still happens each year. What I think is happening is these couplers are very very very sensative to any...

M5n-091, front axle (not an issue just curious of function)

Yea if it's limited slip which I assume it is then that would mean theres more pressure in there even in 2wd. I also find it interesting that the front end can be kubotas transmission/hydraulic fluid or gear oil. Being as I'm in canada and winters are cold I will probably stick with the...

M5n-091, front axle (not an issue just curious of function)

It happens regardless of if that's engaged so my guess is part of that always engages at a certain angle regardless of weather it's in that 4wd mode or not and the little switch must just engage it to the faster spinning gears. Interesting indeed

M5n-091, front axle (not an issue just curious of function)

I checked it yesturday, looks like new. This isn't a new thing this was like this from new thus why I'm curious how it's designed. It's not a sound of bad just a sound of alot of stuff happening. Thus the curiosity

M5n-091, front axle (not an issue just curious of function)

I always noticed the way the front diff works on this tractor if you are turning it makes quite an obvious sound. Always has and isn't anything bad I am 99.99% sure it's normal so I'm just curious why the internals sound this way. Basically it sounds almost exactly like the sound of a salamander...
