    HST fluid change with filters

Can you get a coupon per tractor? I need to check the fine print I submitted for each of my botas but only received confirmation for one.

What bucket for a LA480 loader

The bucket (L1750) on my LA480 loader, shall we say, has some character. The inside corners are rusted out, the top has a nice frown and a split but it is still useful. I may try to weld some plates on to keep it going. But, I have been thinking about replacing it--probably with a used one from...

    Drunken Friends

14 degrees and flurries in Central Alabama. We left New England to get away from the snow! Everytrhing is pretty much shut down.

    Hydraulic Oil Filter STUCK

That is my case--filter had a nice coat of Kubota gray paint over the yellow filter cannister. I worry that the filter was never changed in 800 hours. But, the oil was clean as was the strainer so I have my fingers crossed. The tractor overall is very clean and runs well.

Wonky intellipanel after cab off - need some help

Good point about the bouncy ride. I was thinking to myself that the dealer should have a checklist they go through to test functions before delivering it back. That could explain it.

Wonky intellipanel after cab off - need some help

Sorry that it has to go back but glad that they figured it out and are taking care of it.

    L3710 Engine Speed

There is no foot feed. It is an HST. Just the hand throttle for engine speed. I'll look for the adjustment this afternoon.

    L3710 Engine Speed

Thank you! I have both the printed WSM and the 2 part pdf. I'll for the linkage adjustment procedure. I assume the linkage you both are referring to is the cable from the hand throttle lever to the speed control linkage. It runs smoothly otherwise so I hope I don't have a fuel delivery issue.

    L3710 Engine Speed

This is not an increase the engine speed for more horsepower thread. (I found the dumpster fire threads when searching this topic.) I have a new to me L3710HST with 800 hrs. I just did the full 800 hr service. The PTO triangle on the instrument panel is at 2500 rpm (2475 per the WSM) but it...

Wonky intellipanel after cab off - need some help

With the need to "re-calibrate HST controls", I agree with kubotafreak--just wait.

    Hydraulic Oil Filter STUCK

I tried them all. The filter looked like it was stepped on by Godzilla but would not budge. The case just spun on the mount. Mount would not budge. It left like thanksgiving--all day to cook (get old filter off), dinner eaten in a flash (put new filter on.)

Wonky intellipanel after cab off - need some help

I suspect you are on the right track. The connectors to the instrument panel may not have been seated fully and worked loose. Or the ground bolt was just finger tighteneed and worked lise. I don't have experience with that model. On the Lxx10 series it is easy to remove the panel if you...

    Help with L3710 Leak

Whitetiger-I think you are spot on with the oil level sight. I cleaned everything up yesterday with brake cleaner and a dry rag before I took the picture above. This morning, I could feel oil right below the site level. Nothing below the lift arm is wet until I pass the sight level. Obivously I...

    Help with L3710 Leak

From the parts diagram, it loks like the LH lift arm o-ring should be an easy replacement. Just one bolt holding the link control on. The o-ring is between 2 bushings. I see what you mean about adding a timing mark.

    Help with L3710 Leak

Thank you. I think it's below the oil level sight but I'll start there. That seems easy enough to clean and reseal. I'll also start learning about lift arm surgery. Do the seat and fenders need to come off to change the o-ring on the LH lift arm? I may have to wait until after summer to tear it...

    Help with L3710 Leak

I recently purchased a used L3710 HST to replace an L3010 that was totalled in tyransport when I moved. The 3710 had less than 800 hours it. It has a minor leak around the rear PTO area. There was a lot of load and caked dirt on the drawbar frame. I thought it might have been the PTO seal so I...

    Hydraulic Oil Filter STUCK

Here is what is left of my filter. It was the HST filter from an L3710. I recently purchased this tractor. I don't think it was ever changed. I tried everything-strap filter wrench, three point filter cap, chisel and hammer, chain wrench, vise grip filter wrench, pipe pliers, pipe wrench and...

    Kubota L3710D

I was able to fit the 7500 backhoe with subframe from the L3010 to the L3710. Using the LA 480 frames required that I add an extention to bolt the frame bar to the rear axle housing. It worked well to dig a 400ft trench to run water and power to the new barn. I am now looking for an LA...

Purchase of a 2020 Kubota GR 2020/2120 with snowblower

I have a GR2100 with bagger and snowblower sitting in the garage. It has a dead transmission @500 hrs. I bought it for the same reasons as you. Even with rear weights and a stout operator, it had trouble in snow when you turned the wheels and glide steer engaged. The mower deck required constant...
