Yes. My point was that the kubota has a thick metal shield that bolts on and protects the valve. Other companies like land pride, do not.

My LX2610 never jerks or has any issues with the transmission. I crawl while doing a lot of things. Individual results may vary.

The LX and the B2301 are vastly different machines. Don’t settle just because of availability, you can find an LX, keep looking.

The LX2610 would be perfect. I am constantly impressed with mine. It can lift a lot of weight, even big IBC totes filled with split wood, I grapple huge logs with it too. You can’t go wrong with that machine

I too have a cab and a backhoe. I would definitely buy it again. I use my backhoe a decent amount. And I’m able to make money with it. I just finished a job digging 17 holes for trees. It didn’t take long and I made decent money. I also have a cab. Is your either/or question because of price?

I have an LX2610 with a cab and there is a zerk on the hst pedal. I won’t be able to get a pic until the ground starts to dry. However, it’s at the pivot point of the treadle under the floor. Maybe the ROPS is different. But mine definitely has a zerk

The dealer puts the fluid in so it is whatever the dealer decides. On my 50 hour service I drained my front axle of gear oil and out in SUDT. That way it’s the same as the hydro and I won’t have to buy another product. Not to mention that I always have extra SUDT on hand.
