    Something keeps killing my battery!

if the battery is being discharged at that rate it can only be the starter doing it. anything else would have long since burnt up and if it is the starter it to will soon be burnt toast.

    Something keeps killing my battery!

Just how fast is this battery being discharged? The dynamo cannot run down your battery but the regulator could.

    HST v.s. Gear

There are no high pressure lines on a kubota hydro to give trouble, and, in reality the hydro is simpler than a gear job ( Just a variable piston pump feeding oil to a fixed piston motor) The biggest disadvantage for me with the gear drive is the lack of a live pto. Implements like snow blowers...

B3030 Hst tranny fluid noise. Normal???

First of all, congratulations on purchasing a Kubota! The "B" series hydrostatic transmission is a "direct acting" as opposed to "servo operating" type hydro. This means the hst pedal is directly attached to the pump swash-plate so you get "feedback" on the pedal as you push it. this translated...

    Differential lock

When you press the dif lock lever you compress a spring against the diff lock sprag clutch. this clutch won't engage until the cogs line up which means it requires a small amount of differential action to slip into gear.

    B6100E engine swap

It's always wives or brother-in-laws that put gas in the diesels. At least thats true for all my customers!!:D

    B6100E engine swap

Usually they just won't run on gas, but I suppose if you got just the right amount of gasoline in there it might cause damage. . I see half a dozen or more Kubota's a year that have had gasoline put in them and won't run but I've never seen one yet that didn't run perfectly when I got the proper...

    B6100E engine swap

No, the engines will not interchange. at least not without a lot of work. Kubota's are not very friendly when it comes to swaping engines! Why not repair the original? there probably isn't much wrong with it. They are relatively inexpensive to repair and very simple to work on.

    B6100E engine swap

Fueling it with gasoline would not sieze the engine. It could .damage the injectors and injection pump but in most cases it does no damage at all.

    I need HELP!!!

Of course that is true! if you removed any lines going to the loader cylinders from the spool valve your loader could drop suddenly!! If you remove lines from the loader valve to the tractor there shouldn't be any pressure or flow there at all no matter whether the loader is up or not! (...

    I need HELP!!!

There isn't much that can go wrong with a spool valve that is repairableto test it put your loader up shut the tractor off and remove the hydraulic lines going FROM the spool valve to the tractor ( there may be one or two lines) if oil continues to flow from those lines as the loader goes down...

PTO reverser, are they any use.

Guess it depends what you are going to use the pto for. rotary mower or tiller, has to turn the right way. sometimes you can change the gears in the impliment.

    I need HELP!!!

You probably need new seals in your loader cylinders. valves give very little trouble. they CAN leak, but that would be the last place I would look.

Rolled b3200 on side and engine is locked up?

Remove the air cleaner and hose to the intake manifold and remove any oil there .Remove the glow plugs and roll that engine over by hand. Once you are sure it is turning ok you can roll it with the starter. after it stops throwing oil out the glow plug holes you can reinstall them and start it...

    L275 alternative fuel?

I like my diesel engines too much to be burning shit in them. stick to something that was a least formulated as a fuel. some of these other oils might work but in the long run I doubt you'll save any money even if the "fuel" is free

New member with a problem on L2900

The only way it will have that spacer sleeve is if a dealer installed it. If it isn't there that will most likely be your problem

    clutch won't disengauge

I doubt adjusting the fingers will make any difference UNLESS they are not even with each other. The leverage ratio will remain the same no matter where you adjust them too. If they are not even that could be the problem (Vic already touched on that) ED
