I agree. Should be closer to 14 volts. Have a quick look at your belt and tension first, then a look at wiring involving the charging system before getting too many tools out.

I’m thinking you should cut a few flowers with the scissors, then light the bbq and get out the cooking utensils, find the bottle of wine and light a candle for dinner!! 😄😄😄

And further…I’ve got a few vegetables growing in a garden. Tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers and some melons. The dogs get pretty much a little of everything as treats…after I pick them…but then, I need to keep a close eye on them or they will steal any fruit or veggie growing in the garden...

Oh yeah. Mine sometimes will eat the leaves…and sometimes try to steal the cob!

Make sure these repairs are fully documented for warranty issues in the future. I would be a tad concerned about the Starter ring gear.

Maybe your digging way to deep?? Thinking there was a hydro lock or engine issue?? Is it possible the battery is weak or defective?? Have you tried a known good battery or even using boosters cables from another battery or vehicle??
