I can't be 100% sure about your tractor. Might be a JD specific thing. Some of these guys can be taken with a pinch of salt. There is another guy that was doing a job on his tractor and he put axle stands under it. He didn't even jack it up!!!

Had a dynamo on the old MF135 and, while the dynamo itself only failed once, the voltage regulator and solenoid used to pack in every 2 years or so.

The one I have is too light for the abuse I give it and was weld repaired before I got it. But I hope I never have to go back to the old solid type. Sometimes I put it on the tow hitch and use it for pulling roots but those times I wish it was longer :rolleyes:
