So there were no bolt on parts? From what I seen on videos it was just the two different arms that you put on the front everytime you put it on and take it off.

Note.. that the majority of the winch's power is at the smallest winding on the drum "One layer" of cable on the drum is where the suggested rate of the winches power is, then 10% less power each layer there after. So this would be something to keep in mind while using a winch.
