Also forgot to mention that someone else on here cut the metal out of the LP top of rear blade implement where he could use the upper holes. This area \/
Once you get the hook you can get it figured out.. one way or another hopefully without having to change anything.
I know this isn't something you were looking for but since we're here others might like the idea.. I know I do!
Not a BX but still a good idea.
Mower deck dolly
Sorry I just saw this.. Indy.. too far! Thank you!
I always refer to miss, ma'am, sir if I don't know a name and need to get their attention. Better than "hey you" and nicer than waiter or waitress! What the hell is going on in this country where so many has lost respect or just never taught it.. 😕
Do you have the second set of holes on the LP blade? If so drop your hook and drop the pin into the bottom hole. You should be ok with some adjusting. Looks like either way you'll have to manually move or unhook something when changing implements. Its still a heck of a lot better than not having...
I think they come with all BX, mine has the rear linkage. The front hardware comes with the deck..
I've seen two different set up's by looking at pics and videos with how this front linkage is attached.
My wife and I were cruising one day and come upon this guy.. he hardly batted an eye at me as I got out and approached him. I use to take my camera everywhere I went.. haven't had it out in years, now our cell phones can do most everything! Almost..
A couple more for the heck of it..
This was...
Ouch.. I gotcha, don't want to have to do it twice! Thank you for all that info. Not looking forward to being down most of the summer but I gotta get it done. Completely bone to bone now..
Yep electric recliner is the way to go.. tried em all!
Thanks for the info!
Got a question.. I know everyone is different when it comes to healing, since you have been through it.. how long do you think would be reasonably possible to get on a tractor and mow? Like I said.. not the same for everyone but I have no idea what to expect. No pressure!😁
Started it yesterday and rolled down the drive and back working the FEL to get some blood running through its veins.
It's so wet around here I can't get anything done! It sits more than it's used but that may change with a new mower deck if I go that route.
Oh.. what didn't I do today! I...
I heard the Kroil on another website worked the best for Rusted Stuck items. Seems even the ATF would work if it's able to penetrate. If you happen to have an air chisel with some type of blunt edge you could maybe vibrate some rust loose. Just a thought!
Well that helps explain your situation! So you're basically cutting into the side of a hill.. not moving a pile. This does change things.. does kind a sound like a job for an excavator. I think I got the picture but pics do help when questions like this arise.
Is this hill or burm the length of your yard how ever wide that may be? I guess this would really determine whether or not I would tackle it with the L2501. You say hill 6' tall.. sounds like a pile someone placed there from extra dirt. This all plays a big role as the dirt may be packed down...
I see what you're saying.. I'm not aware of any for the BX but that doesn't mean there not out there. I'm thinking about purchasing a 60" for my BX so I may have to put something together soon. Good luck!
