Box blade or tooth bar for grading grassy area? Or neither?

As Henro said I would try to get a tooth bar also if planning on doing FEL work. I purchased a bb last summer and working it in my drive I can already tell that it will do some major dirt work.

    Nearly fell over.....

I didn't realize lumber prices ever reduced after Covid slow down, prices are still way up here. I don't see how these new houses are going up, they can't all have been done deals before the inflations hit. Dunno about fuel prices heading south for long and that's actually Pennie's on the...

Can't remove flat tire on my BX23S

I found years ago that it works great for road tar removal on vehicles.

Can't remove flat tire on my BX23S

Thanks for the info.. think I'll pick some up and I would just use on torquing things not super specific or critical. At least I could get close and know I'm not over torquing something accidentally.

Can't remove flat tire on my BX23S

I don't use impacts much.. but those are pretty cool! Edit.. I had to go out and look em up.. how do you know when it's at the right torque? Seems like if the pressure was up it would keep torquing beyond its specified torque. I read it was kinda like a torsion bar where it gives a little. Is...

    BX23s Pricing

This is good to know.. I wish I had thought about it when purchasing, I would have had them throw it on then. Not something I have to have but sure could think of some uses for it!

    BX Hydrostatic Pedal Modification

I think a lot of us here use the reverse in that form, it's easier than the heel and much more controllable. That heel control just does not feel natural to me.

    Box Blade 101

I purchased a used 60" bb for my bx2680 and have not used it in dirt yet. Works ok in my driveway ... full it was pulling it fine with the rippers down 2-3" but if I was buying new I would have gone with the width of tractor = 48".

I think Titan has them starting at $210 which I thought was really reasonable. Another thing with smaller BX tractors is making sure you have Ballast/weight on the rear for counter weight, wouldn't take much to upset one without it.

Mounting and using action cams on our Kubotas.

It wasn't so bad once you were moving.. I've used GoPro on 4 wheelers and a Huey Chopper with excellent results! You just never know what you might catch on video if it's running!

    ROPS Light Bracket Help

I used the holes already in the ROPS along with rubber washers so not to scrape and dig into paint.. plus helps keep them securely in place. The rears are mounted with the same bolt as front lights, and are switched separately. The main switch is under the seat. Nuttin fancy but works!

Welcome Kim.. PoTreeBoy brought up a good point on being careful.. you and the tractor at stake! Whenever you remove the MMM "belly mower" to do dirt work or whatever may require removal of it, be careful when running through even small limbs, sticks because you have a small cooling fan directly...

Can't remove flat tire on my BX23S

"Alloy wheels need to be properly torqued!" This is correct.. with or without a torque wrench! Don't overly tighten, tighten evenly and in a star pattern! I'd be more worried about using an impact to seat them for damage. Doing it since the 70s with alloy and any other type of metal wheels...

Can't remove flat tire on my BX23S

Discount tire has always torqued mine, I don't use a torque wrench just my years of experience. Now I have had problems with other shops and lugs not properly tightened.. at all!😳
