That is the same kind of setup I was thinking. For using it, did you upgrade the battery or charging system on your BX?

I have never used a front mounted snow blade to spread soil. Not sure how well you could push a pile of dirt. I have always used a front end loader and then a box/rearblade. If a FEL is an option for you it sounds like that would probably be your best route.
