Maybe check the wire color code and splice into those two wires further back in the harness where it’s more convenient to get to and then put any plug that you like on it and terminate to suit.

I’d fix that mess with a spring tooth harrow. Could be three point mounted or wheel mounted, or just a drag. I follow it up with a pasture drag aka pasture harrow.
